“First class service and product . Very helpful over the phone on queries Might have to come back to you mike as there is a slight crack in the non reflective glazing in one of the 3 frames ordered. The one hour delivery didn't get advised but fortunately I was in when it arrived Best Peter Storey”

“The quality of the frames is very good. Easy to use. Unfortunately, one of the boxes was WET and damaged when it was delivered, thanks to sensible packaging, the frames were OK.I do have photos on my phone should you need them.”

“An excellent end product, however the website was not that user friendly with page scrolls set out of proportion. Also did not receive full purchase, just the frame, wheras i ordered and paid for the 'sticking tape' add on.”

“Website was easy to use. Was pleased with the look of the frame and mount. The sizing was perfect. It took an age to fit the glazing. As soon as I took the film off the static attracted bits of fluff from my clothes! Took ages to remove. Not sure I like the grainy look of the glazing that you get from certain angles plus there is a v small scratch in the centre. However, overall good for the price and will use again.”

“I ordered a panoramic frame recently..The process to custom make a frame was easy to understand. Communication was good with emails to confirm the stages towards delivery. The only disappointment was that the frame was left outside for 5 hours in the rain. I am pleased to say that the rainwater didn't cause damage to the frame ,which was a perfect fit for my photograph.”

“Delighted with quality of the frames I ordered. I found the member of staff I spoke to at 'Picture Frame Studio', that I had occasion to speak to very helpful. The delivery system keeping me updated of progress by email and text when my order had been despatched from the supplier worked very well.”

“After having to wait too long for delivery customer services sorted the problem out with carriers and had my frames with in two days very pleased with frames fitted perfect will use in future. Joan”

“Having taken the time to search around for picture frames I was very impressed with the range of frames and the choice in colours etc. The frames were all reasonably priced, which compared to some sites was excellent. Although not at the cheapest end of the market, the prices are good value for what you get. I placed the order and was disappointed that what they said would happen did not happen. I never received an email confirmation of the order. I never did receive any written details of when the order would arrive. Indeed after having had no response for several days I did try to contact by phone a couple of times but did not receive an answer, nor actually did anyone ever pick up and there was no answer machine. As I was beginning to panic though I did receive a text and email giving me a delivery date so I breathed a sigh of relief. The delivery date was not that convenient, and so some level of contact beforehand would have being good. However I arrange for the parcel to be delivered to my neighbours and it did so at the agreed time and date. The parcel was extremely well packaged and very secure. It was also well marked on the outside of the box with fragile, and made sure it arrived in perfect condition. It was exactly as the website said it would be, and included tape and all fixtures which I note from other sites often carry an extra charge. Overall I am very happy with the product, the price and the packaging to deliver. It would have scored Very Good if the communication and contact were not so poor. But lease do not be put off by this, as they are great frames at good prices and I would use again.”
