“The actual frame is fine, and now in a prominent place on the wall. However, I had to chase up delivery after some time, and was told the actual beading was not available, but a close substitute could be supplied. Manufacture was then quick - indeed too quick, as I was going to be away when it would be delivered, so requested it to be put back a few days. This did not happen, so I had to arrange with neighbours (two of whom were also away) to accept delivery. Unfortunately, DHL do not allow for a neighbours address to be specified on the re-schedule, and it was just a stroke of luck that the neighbour in question saw the delivery van in the road and was able to take delivery.”

“Great replacement picture frame received. Unfortunately after 4 weeks I hadn’t received my original frame with no explanation. I called Picture frame to be advised there is a supplier problem and could I chose an alternative which I did which was delivered promptly. I am not sure what would have happened had I not called them to chase my original order. I have to say that this is my 3rd frame and I have had great service and products other than this.”

“Generally good, but the mount is the same size as the picture with no overlap so ended up having to tape the picture and mount together. Not a biggie, but just something to be aware of.”

“The Service was great from Picture Frame Studio, they made and dispatched my item in very quick time. The item arrived and looked very good and done just the job I wanted it for. Disappointingly the frame had slight damage to one of the corners (picture attached) but other than that great service around.”

“Had a mishap at first as I don't think the website is too clear and a bit misleading. I wanted a box frame so when selecting 'Any Custom Size' from the home page, I then selected 'Box Frames'. You are then taken to the step to select the frame you would like and since I wanted black and white frames that appear at the top of the dropdown list and since I was already under the impression I was getting a box frame, I selected these. However, upon arrival I discovered they were not box frames at all so sent an email to be told I had not ordered box frames as box frames is at the bottom of the frame list when you opt for the frame colour/size etc and so I should have selected box frames at the bottom of this list, too. Of course, having already selected this initially, I already thought I had opted for box frames and think it should be made a lot clearer on the website. I can't complain too much as replacements were sent out at no extra cost and all frames were of great quality and just what I was after in the end.”

“The quality of the frames are excellent. The turnaround of my order was quick and efficient. The only problem was the courier used and their lack of communication and them saying they had delivered the package when they hadn't.”

“The frame is well made and used quality products, One small downside was that although it came with all the parts needed to hang it on the wall I would have liked a piano hinge on the back”

“Very good quality picture frames. Very pleased. Service was slightly slower than expected, however on querying this I did receive a quick response. They were also the cheapest quote for similar frames.”

“The frames were excellent quality and arrived carefully packaged. Customer service is good however my delivery was quite slow on this occasion and it was only when I asked that I was told it was because one of the frames was out of stock and they were waiting for the delivery. This was not a problem, as I wasn't in a rush, but it would have been nice to have been told.”
