“I had ordered a Lowry print which turned out not to be a "regular" size. I wanted a natural oak (real wood) frame. It was easy to achieve this with the online system here - good explanation on how to and what to measure. The frame was very well packed when it arrived in the time predicted. I am delighted with the result and will certainly look here first the next time I need to get a frame.”

“I ordered a frame and mount with multiple holes to frame 12 playing cards. The frame was fine but the mount had the incorrect sized holes so I emailed and 10 days later with no communication from them they sent me a replacement mount with different - but still wrong sized holes. I'm optimistic that they have cut me a new one and that its making its way to me at the moment but the customer services team haven't communicated anything to me!!”

“the quality of product is not the best. it was chipped from various parts and one scratch on the glazing. but the overall look of product is exactly what I wanted and the measurements were perfect. hence I ordered another 14 frames!”

“I don't often give reviews, but on this occasion I feel that I must praise the company for supplying perfect picture frames hassle free and within the time scale stated. First time I have used this company and I for one am sceptical about buying on the internet, but no need these picture frames are of the highest quality, measurements spot on and well packaged for delivery. Once again thanks for the excellent frames. I will certainly use again and cannot recommend you highly enough. All the best for the future Keven Watson”

“Very pleased with the frame, the assembly instructions/hints and tips and how easy it was to specify exactly what we needed. We wanted a single frame for a pair of pictures, slightly different and non-standard sizes and the step-by-step 'create your own custom frame' process was brilliant, (even quite good fun!). We now have a perfect frame and the person who gave us the pictures has asked for the website address for her interior design business.”

“Can't really fault these guys. Great online tool for creating your frame and then a good quality product at the end. Also, the cost seems reasonable to me. I'll keep using them for any framing needs I have and be sure to recommend them too.”

“The frame fits well and appears to be in good quality. It's a shame the hanging fixtures are not pre-fitted to the frame and have to be affixed by the customer, risking the structure of the product. Biggest complaint regards paying for delivery but not receiving the frame until 12 working days later. No refund, compensation, or even explanation was offered for this delayed process...”

“Web site is very good, easy to use and find way around to design & specify what I want. Pity about the out of stock situation of the frame I selected. Rather than me chasing you as to delayed delivery due to out of stock It would have been better if you had contacted me first. However, you came through in the end. I would use you again if only for your easy use web site”

“The two frames I ordered and customised are beautiful and the perfect size. Very unhappy with delivery though. Got an email from you saying the frames were ready and I'd get an email regarding delivery yet they did not contact me. I wasn't given a chance to arrange to be there and the birthday surprise was ruined. I would be unlikely to use the service again.”

“I would have awarded a "very good" star except for the fact that I had to phone your firm to ask what had happened to my order. However, I did receive my order the next day and was assured the delay in delivering my order was a one-off. Anyway, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, because: 1) I'm happy with the quality of the frame and mounts. 2) I think your website is one of the best laid out I have seen - it was the quality of your website that tempted me to order from you instead of from your competitors. 3) There is a great deal of help and useful advice on your website. So I hope to order some more frames in the near future. Thanks Garth Carthy”
