“THE PICTURE FRAME WAS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVED AND BECAUSE IT WAS NOT WHAT I REALLY WANTED I CANCELLED THE ORDER BUT I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE PICTURE FRAME SENT BACK WHICH I THINK IS WRONG THEY SENT IT BROKEN THEY SHOULD OF ARRANGED FOR IT TO BE PICKED BACK UP.”

“"The frame when it arrived was well packed and exactly as requested. Instructions received beforehand as to how to unpack, remove protective coverings and insert picture were clear. \r\n\r\nThe only negative comment I would make is that there was a delay in dispatching the frame and I had to chase up on a couple of occasions. Eventually, when it was dispatched, Iwas sent a link so that I could track the Parcelforce delivery status. I was also told that I would receive a message to be advised of a time slot when delivery would occur. The tracking link didn\u2019t work and I did not receive a message advising when to expect delivery. "”

“Ordered 3 frames that turned up in good time. Instructions were received by e-mail as to what you needed to do on receipt however no mention was made that you had to fit the brackets to the frame. In fact the instructions gave you the impression that they came fitted. I found it very awkward handling the small screws and did not have the correct tools for the job. Very disappointing”

“We ordered a none standard size frame online, it was very easy to order the correct size and get a price using the web page. The web pages are very user friendly. A delivery date was given and the frame arrived on time very safely packaged. We are very pleased with the frame, it fitted perfecty our existing picture and came with all hanging accessories. I would definitely use this service again and would recommend to anyone.”

“I needed some bespoke picture mounts. Ordering it on other sites was such a task and so expensive. When i found picture frame studio, it was easy to order and very reasonable. The order arrived promptly and was excellently packaged. Finally the quality was great for the price. Thanks very much.”
