“Good quality frame, speedy dispatch (especially given it was run up to Christmas)”

“Good speed of making and delivery, even though we ordered in December. Frames were well packed and the sizing is absolutely as provided.Some of the joins aren't perfect but they're ok and the frames overall are lovely. Would buy again.”

“"The frame when it arrived was well packed and exactly as requested. Instructions received beforehand as to how to unpack, remove protective coverings and insert picture were clear. \r\n\r\nThe only negative comment I would make is that there was a delay in dispatching the frame and I had to chase up on a couple of occasions. Eventually, when it was dispatched, Iwas sent a link so that I could track the Parcelforce delivery status. I was also told that I would receive a message to be advised of a time slot when delivery would occur. The tracking link didn\u2019t work and I did not receive a message advising when to expect delivery. "”

“very quick service, thank you. A nice little box frame perfect for my needs, the spacers showed a little bit of a gap in the mitred corners, but I have filled them with gesso and they look fine.”

“Very happy customer - the timber and quality is great, the size is exactly as ordered. Customer service was great, packaging is generous with the proportions - no chance of damage, but takes lots of space- Amazon style. Will definitely use of studio again”
