“Great prices, service and flexibility, I made a mistake with the Mount sizes for my prints so managed to get along to the location and get them replaced with correct sizes which they insisted on not charging for but i insisted on a tip. Really busy but friendly and helpful company that are incredibly honest and so well priced with many options from budget to expensive frames. You won't regret using them. 2 large frames, 3 medium frames and mounts and deluxe backing card for less than £150! amazing. thanks guys”

“The frames themselves are great. They seem well constructed and were easy to unpack and place my pictures. However, the specified free picture hanging hooks were not included, and despite contacting their customer services email immediately after the frames were delivered, I've still not received a reply 3 working days later. So great products, but room for improvement on service.”

“This is an update on earlier 'review' I posted which was really a rant about the courier (Yodel) and not the frames which I have now received thanks to the prompt attention given by Mike Barrow. I received a new shipment today as promised by Mike and am pleased to say the frames are as good as other positive reviews suggest. My two frames are quite large (1.2m long) so was a little apprehensive about an online order. Rest assured the quality of the frames and assembly is first class. I would be happy to place future orders (preferably not delivered by Yodel).”

“Very pleased with the size of frames, customer service etc. The frames were not perfectly jointed with one side higher than the other on at least one of the four corners of each of the three frames we bought. They need rubbing down and finishing with wax or similar which we will do ourselves.”
