“The Service was great from Picture Frame Studio, they made and dispatched my item in very quick time. The item arrived and looked very good and done just the job I wanted it for. Disappointingly the frame had slight damage to one of the corners (picture attached) but other than that great service around.”

“Firstly of all I was charged six pounds for "1 hour timed delivery" which funnily enough was the only available option to me when I ordered the frame To me this was too high a price just for postage but one I had no other choice because as I say it was the only option and also I thought that the frame looked really nice in the picture so I ordered anyway. I wish I hadn't. When the frame came it wasn't half as nice as it looked on the website It seems very cheaply made flimsy and to make things worst there was no timed delivery so why was I charged for it? I sent an email stating this and didn't even get a reply. VERY DISSAPOINTED ALL ROUND”

“Picture Frame Studio were very helpful in making me a bespoke multi aperture mount. The online tool is a good but even though it did not come up with exactly the layout I wanted, I was able to order this via email and a phone call. Great service and a much better price than I was quoted elsewhere.”

“It’s the second frame I’ve bought they’re beautiful quality and the artist who did my painting told me the wrong size and these guys sorted it and didn’t charge me even though it was a bit bigger. Excellent customer service. I have two more paintings on their way and I’ll not hesitate to get my frames from here.”

“Had a mishap at first as I don't think the website is too clear and a bit misleading. I wanted a box frame so when selecting 'Any Custom Size' from the home page, I then selected 'Box Frames'. You are then taken to the step to select the frame you would like and since I wanted black and white frames that appear at the top of the dropdown list and since I was already under the impression I was getting a box frame, I selected these. However, upon arrival I discovered they were not box frames at all so sent an email to be told I had not ordered box frames as box frames is at the bottom of the frame list when you opt for the frame colour/size etc and so I should have selected box frames at the bottom of this list, too. Of course, having already selected this initially, I already thought I had opted for box frames and think it should be made a lot clearer on the website. I can't complain too much as replacements were sent out at no extra cost and all frames were of great quality and just what I was after in the end.”

“Website was easy to use and now we have a beautiful frame at a competitive price and it makes our painting print look classy and expensive. The mottled gold in the frame even brings out the colours in the picture. Couldn't be happier.”
