“There was a problem with the size of the picture frame we ordered. It arrived much smaller than what we ordered. something went wrong on the ordering section. Not sure whose fault this was. Phoned the company up and they sent us out another one along with a refund in full excluding post and packing. Good after sales service !! Definitely use them again.”

“Excellent packaging and delivery service, well done! My only tiny moan and it is so tiny, so not worth returning, is a minute paint bump near the mitre joint. My grand- daughter won't notice it once up in her room, as she is so pleased to have her name written in Chinese all the way from China! It would have had 5 stars, had it not been for this minor 'bump'.”

“Two large frames ordered which came really well packed and very quickly. Quality of the frames was superb and very accurate. I'm very pleased with them and would use this site again on just this alone. However we didn't order one of the frames with glass as it was a replacement for a damaged frame at home. However we broke the glass getting the picture out of the old frame which I thought would be a problem. I rang and spoke to a very helpful chap and the next day I had a replacement cut and it perfectly matched. Thanks so much for bailing me out of that. 10/10 for customer service and quality. If I had to be picky at all it would be that I had no e-mail confirmation of the order or notification that the items had been sent so I was a little worried until they arrived, but this a very small point for improvement and nothing more.”

“The frame is absolutely lovely and looks stunning with my photos in it. The only thing I would say is that the screws supplied for the hanging loops are soft and of poor quality and a couple of turns of the screwdriver hollowed them out and made securing them difficult.”

“Really easy to order, quick to receive and very good on letting you know when they are coming. My only negative is that out of the 3 frames I ordered one of the two smaller frames that were exactly the same, there was no cover film on it and the surface was scratched. But it hasn't stopped my from ordering 3 more since.”

“This is the 2nd time I have purchased a frame from this company. Both times I have been more than pleased with the quality of the frames. The only thing I would like to see is more communication ie order received and when dispatched. The last frame was dispatched and received quite quickly. We nearly missed the delivery man. Over all I would recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you.”
