“I was disappointed that the frames contained plastic instead of glass. I was not expecting this given the price. I assume this is outlined somewhere on the website but I certainly didn't see it.”

“I love the frame you made for me. I wondered,on ordering,whether 'acrylic' instead of the usual glass in the frame, would look ok. I needn't have worried-it looks fine and is a lot lighter of course. Ver pleased-we would order from you again.”

“I placed an order and unfortunately the profile on the website was not the same as when arrived. Customer service was amazing in understanding there was a fault with their website. Would definitely buy again from them.”

“Web site is very good, easy to use and find way around to design & specify what I want. Pity about the out of stock situation of the frame I selected. Rather than me chasing you as to delayed delivery due to out of stock It would have been better if you had contacted me first. However, you came through in the end. I would use you again if only for your easy use web site”

“I would have awarded a "very good" star except for the fact that I had to phone your firm to ask what had happened to my order. However, I did receive my order the next day and was assured the delay in delivering my order was a one-off. Anyway, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt, because: 1) I'm happy with the quality of the frame and mounts. 2) I think your website is one of the best laid out I have seen - it was the quality of your website that tempted me to order from you instead of from your competitors. 3) There is a great deal of help and useful advice on your website. So I hope to order some more frames in the near future. Thanks Garth Carthy”

“Very good value for money but slightly let down on the delivery so only 4 stars. Half the address was missing from the label but thanks to the Parecforce tracking I got it sorted in the end.”

“Frames were good quality and sizes exactly as requested - all at a good price. A couple of minor improvements could be made; some sort of pull-off strip attached to the glass covering to make it easier to get off (it was difficult finding an edge to start on) and the small black retaining pins are really fiddly - difficult to remove and even harder to tap back in without bending them.”

“Instructions on ordering were clear and easy to follow. Goods received as ordered and were to the correct size for my photos. Had dificulty fitting hooks to frame were the screws self tapping? Delivery service brilliant punctual and kept me well informed. and I didn't have to wait in as collecting point was convenient to my home.”

“The frame I ordered is a fairly simple one and not very large either, but I am pleased with the result and the dimensions are perfect. I didn't need a picture mount cut on this occasion but I would certainly use this company for future requirements of greater complexity. Very good value and altogether I am very pleased with the service. Thanks!”

“Very pleased with the size of frames, customer service etc. The frames were not perfectly jointed with one side higher than the other on at least one of the four corners of each of the three frames we bought. They need rubbing down and finishing with wax or similar which we will do ourselves.”

“The frames arrived in good condition and were of good quality. The only downside was that some assembly was required. The perspex front still had a plastic sheet over it on both sides and the wall mounting kit was just that... a separate kit with screws brackets and string. This would have been much better to be pre-assembled rather than having to do it myself.”

“Frames delivered quickly and was really impressed with the quality of both - especially the gold one. Only negative was the mount was the wrong size by over half cm. Doesn't seem much but does compromise the edge of the image so leaves me needing to go buy another. Did email to let them know but no response yet. Despite that I would definitely use again.”
