“The frame I got was perfect and exactly as I wanted. The delivery was within a 2 hour window and arrived in the middle of that window. Overall a great frame that would have cost me 4 times as much at a local framers.”

“Top notch service. And the frame is perfect! I've used a few online framing companies in the past, and Picture Frame Studio will definitely be my first choice again. High quality, excellent workmanship and superb customer service. I phoned and asked if I could have my frame by the end of the week, and they built it within an hour and it was with me in less than 24 hours!”

“Very quick delivery and excellent quality. Best of all though is that I could order a bespoke measurement for my frames. Previously I had visited dozens of shops for frames of a certain size only to be disappointed. With Picture Frame Studio my frames arrived, the pictures I had fitted perfectly and were on the wall in minutes - job done.”

“Frames I ordered didn't arrive after one week. Telephoned on number for customer service in follow up email. Matter was looked into and replacement frames were done that day &sent to courier for delivery. Cannot fault how this matter was handled however the mount I ordered for one of the frames was not in the order. I did try to ring on 6/8 times the following day but this time was not able to reach anybody. In order that I can hang my pictures had to order a mount locally & pay again not much more I could do. I am very pleased with the actual frames I ordered.”

“Found this site and thought I'd take a chance. I was very glad I did - not only did they do exactly as they promised, the frame, the indents, delivery, packaging, everything was perfect. And I might add for much less than my usual place for buying frames! I will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended!”
