“Beautiful frame - better than expected, thank you. Fast delivery in good, sturdy packaging. Excellent value for money, particularly with the timed delivery. The plastic sheet that covers the picture area was very scuffed and scratched so next time I would order different glazing not just the default one that comes with the frame. (I assume this is possible, I haven't checked the options.) Will definitely be using this service again :-)”

“The frame is well made and the online gallery was good as it helped me work out what frame would suit my artwork. The price was around half of what I was quoted at my local picture framing shop. The colours online and the colours in real life were very different. I thought I was ordering a dark grey frame and a dark grey mount. The frame which arrived was almost black and had a dark blue mount (I had to swap this at my local shop, as it didn't look right). Good quality, but order samples if you have the time and the colour matching needs to be exact. Email response was slow and the phone wasn't picked up when I called. You don't get a very good confirmation that the order has gone through. The delivery tracking service (once the alert has come that the item has been dispatched) is good. It took a week from ordering for my frame to arrive. You should also note that you get a picture hanging pack (usually D Rings and special cord), rather than something attached to the frame board. You will have to attach this yourself, so be prepared to Google/YouTube for the best techniques (shame they aren't on the 'FAQ' section of the website) and make sure you have a bradawl and a screwdriver to hand to fix the D rings to the frame. Item was well packed, as others have noted. I would use this company again but it was a shame that after so much effort, the frame colour wasn't as I had envisaged (it was the correct frame, but the colours are hard to replicate on screen).”

“Well made frames - could still smell the sandpaper when I opened the box! I ordered about 8 frames and all apart from one are perfect. One has a slight dent in the front but I don't have time to exchange / return. Would order again.”

“Good quality frames. One or two ' minor' knocks. And Perspex protector causes huge amount of static when removed. So have anti static gear at hand. Will definitely use again. Great price and quick delivery, although no delivery email as promised Thank you”

“Good quality frame. Easy to assemble. Negative point: the delivery company did not put my name on the package and did not contact me about delivery. The frame was delivered to work where lots of people work (obviously) and, since the package did not have my name on it the receptions had no idea who it is for.”

“I didn't receive email confirmation of my order, but thought afterwards I might've entered it incorrectly and so followed it up the next day with a phone call. The office was closed for refurbishment, so I emailed, and again received no response. But I received a delivery notification just a day or so later, and another on the delivery date with a time, so am pleased overall with the service. The frames themselves provide good value for money and are just what I'd hoped for. I would definitely use Picture Frame Studio again.”

“Really good, will definitely use again. One thing though, glaze is the glass, not something added to glass to make it clearer. When selecting glaze there are three options. One says no glaze, the next says 20% less reflective than normal glass and the other says 50% (or something higher than 20). This led me to think the first was glass without any special glaze to make it less reflective. Frames turned up without glass :(”

“There was a problem with the size of the picture frame we ordered. It arrived much smaller than what we ordered. something went wrong on the ordering section. Not sure whose fault this was. Phoned the company up and they sent us out another one along with a refund in full excluding post and packing. Good after sales service !! Definitely use them again.”

“Excellent packaging and delivery service, well done! My only tiny moan and it is so tiny, so not worth returning, is a minute paint bump near the mitre joint. My grand- daughter won't notice it once up in her room, as she is so pleased to have her name written in Chinese all the way from China! It would have had 5 stars, had it not been for this minor 'bump'.”

“Really easy to order, quick to receive and very good on letting you know when they are coming. My only negative is that out of the 3 frames I ordered one of the two smaller frames that were exactly the same, there was no cover film on it and the surface was scratched. But it hasn't stopped my from ordering 3 more since.”
