Their item description did not match the product received including the color, sizes, defective and even the listed functions were all wrong on all of the items purchased. They would only replace the items with the exact same as sent and not what I wanted as posted in their descriptions. They require me to pay the shipping both ways as well! False advertising and Bait & Switch plus rude and time wasters!!”

“Paid for faster shipping at checkout. Got an email saying it would be delivered normally. Responded that I paid extra for faster shipping and they wanted a screenshot of the promise date even though they already had it. I said either upgrade the shipping like I paid for or cancel this order. The response back was we can’t do that because it already shipped. Am I supposed to believe that they don’t care about customer service and just take your money and don’t deliver. All they had to do was contact the shipper and upgrade it. “The product was a good Thurster. However it did not last the 60-90 minutes on a charge. It lasted a few minutes overheated and stiop working. They do not have a refund policy and we will see if they replace thier junk defective product. I would advice you not to buy form them as thier products are junk!!!”

Submitting a complaint gets you an automated email back just telling you it’s fine and keep waiting. If you call the customer service line provided all you get is an automated message that hangs up on you.
Save your time and money and do NOT purchase anything from this company because you will lose your money and never receive your purchased items with no way of cancelling, refund, or even speaking to a human being.

“I have tried to order 3 times. Each time I received an email several days later,saying they took my payment but the refunded me because my address didn't match my card. They kept telling me to use PayPal and being very rude. They need to be reported because they shouldn't take the money in the first place if they're just gonna lie to me and say everything doesn't match. I am very upset right now. Don't waste your time. I'm warning everyone.”

The discreet packaging is nice and all but when it comes with the visibly lube and body oil that’s kind of hard to explain to your kid that picked it up from the delivery guy. One item was full saturated and unwashable the rest were in speedster bags. However the quality of the products are very poor and I should have stuck with Adam and Eve. I have not heard back from customer service. However I’m not holding my breath that I will after reading some of the reviews. Moral of the story: Read the revues BEFORE you make a purchase not after it comes all messed up.”

“I have ordered from this company a few times. This is the first time I had issues. 4 of my items were visibly opened. One was soiled with lint and finger prints. Shudder to think what else. Other item had a dirty box that you could see had been opened. Inside the packaging wasn’t sealed and had a broken remote. Other item has glitter or something on it. Also not in a sealed package. The balm had black specks in it. The last two items are in closed packages. One with signs of damage to the packaging. Cardboard partially ripped. I opened that item and it looked clean. Other is shrink wrapped. I have not opened it. I have emailed the company multiple times and provided pictures. No response. I tried calling but it’s an automated voice. I ordered a Uv flashlight on Amazon. Hopefully it works. I want to see how clean these products are. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the lack of cleanliness and service from this company. I will definitely be calling my banking institution and BBB. I don’t work hard to throw away $190+. I will also be looking into other support like You Tube reviewers as well as other social media. See if other people are having similar issues with this company. So very disappointed, and out a lot of money. Shame shame shame.”
