“I got substitutes for the item I paid for..I ordered UTG US made mags got KCI Korean mags instead...like every big stick Korean mag ive bought. loaded they jamb up when unloading and these did as well under a manual test so I looked for Pinnacles web site and it has been closed!.
Instead of having the option to return mags for the mags I paid for I took the KCI mags apart and silicone wiped them internally to help stop the binding issue..And learned If I stop at 25 rounds in the mag they seem to unload more consistent...I paid for UTG mags and got KCI without a notice or permission since there is a price difference, they did give me a all in one survival tool as a consultation for my difference in cost but I can't give a 5 star for that..the other things that are important in online sales..Notification on shipping and tracking and speedy processing..for both of those aspects I give 5 stars..”

“I have not received my order of 20ga shotshells yet - scheduled to arrive today. I ordered off their website and ordered 20ga #6 shot. I received a call after the order was confirmed and was told their supplier had not delivered the correct shells and they would have to send #8 shot instead of my desired #6 or cancel the order. I chose to not cancel but pretty disappointed they didn’t have what I ordered especially when the #6 shot shells were advertised to be on hand when I ordered. Will see what I get later today.”
“As of date, I have not received the items ordered from Pinnacle Armory - it has only been eight (8) days - presently according to UPS tracking, the product is in Salt Lake City with an anticipated delivery of December 2, 2021 - so my review at this time is acceptable. “I live in Alaska and because of a contract with FedEx Pinnacle can't ship to me here. So I have it shipped to my sister and she ships it to me. I would like to see Pinnacle box and ship with USPS or UPS to Alaska. Your business would improve because we have lots of guns here and not much ammunition. So if we could cut out the middlegirl and ship direct to Alaska we would all be happy and rate Pinnacle at 5 stars.”
