It has been challenging to schedule a demo to increase our knowledge base of the capabilities of the system. In fact we have simply stopped trying. The how tos on the website are not helpful and I was stunned that we’d have to pay to learn how to use the system more effectively. We will keep using it because of the price point but we are looking at other systems

I was a client of Pipeline Deals for over 4 years. They started off as a great site for me. As they grew though, they just stopped caring in my opinion. With each "update" to the mobile app they broke something else. I understand that you need to make updates, but seriously, test the thing before rolling it out. Customer service was no help, a ticket would be open for months on end, and at the end of the day the solution was always to use the web version. What broke our relationship was the downtime of the site. Never knowing if Amazon AWS was going to be up or down when I needed to access my data. As a business owner who needs to access my client files when the customer calls in, I can't tell them that the site is down. It just got old, not being able to access my customers from my phone and getting constant messages that the site was inaccessible. After all my complaints, I still gave you 4 months to correct it and nobody bothered to respond to the open ticket. So I left, I'm paying twice the price for a service that does 10 times as much. It gives me all the things that I've asked for and been told your working on. Since I've been with them, not one email of the site being down, not one time of not being able to access my clients, even with no data connection I can still access the record on my phone. Just sad you guys couldn't catch up to the rest of the other CRM's on the market.

We need content for e.all marketing. Designs, Landing pages clearer email segments. Better way to segregate bounces etc.

I like the reporting, tasks, appointments, setting up a new company and people are very easy. Can also download excel lists, link to Survey Monkey and there are many more options I'm sure I don't come close to using them all. Their on-line help is great and if they see it's a bit confusing they ask permission to call you and get everything addressed I'm having challenges with. Great team and CRM software.

i use it since 4 years now and it works fine for me. We are an IT company and we see it the only way to keep us updated with the offers we make.

We have been using Pipeline for 3+ years, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. As a small company, we don't need something too large scale to keep track of everything. This offers everything we need, as well as amazing and responsive customer service.

I've used 3 other CRMs prior to PD and for the past 5 years I've been continously impressed. 1) very easy to use and extremely efficient due to the way they built it to allow me to work my sales pipeline from one main "deals" page. (I don't have to click in and out of windows to access contact info and update what I did on the prospect) 2) they answer the phone every time I call and 99% of the time they are able to help me right then and there. 3) they constantly update it to make it better 4) my personal income increased significantly due to opportunities ot falling through the cracks I'm a raving fan.

My top update request at the moment is on the Company page, under People tab, to put a "search for person" tab to the left to "add person". I have to jump to the top to use search bar to see if person is already in system. We are working with large companies where our pages of people data can be 20 pages. And it is a pain that it takes me entering the email for it to notify me that a duplicate has been entered....please change this.

I use my IPad everyday on the road and record my interactions when I get back to my car. Since Pipeline deals doesn’t support adding new accounts it is disappointing.

We use Pipeline to work our pipeline and track deals as well as customer information. It works well for our team and is easy enough that sales people can adopt quickly. we find it is especially easy to adapt as our business changes, a real plus.

Behind competitors with regard to some key functionality. Average customer service. The platform and service were good when we sign on 2 years ago. Seems like they've lost a step since then, and there are better options in the market.

Our Sales team was struggling with Salesforce. When we discovered Pipeline Deals it changed our sales teams entire outlook. We could follow progress more easily, create repeat tasks and watch our sales increase rapidly. I would highly recommend Pipeline Deals to anyone needing a CRM.

There seems to be a delay as the number of People grows. It's understandable, but that means that the 1-Click button needs to be reorganized. It would be better to set the 1-Click so that the dropdown menu is dependent on it rather than the other way around. Waiting for the dropdown menu to load and then moving to do that before doing the 1-Click Activity is less efficient than the 1-Click Activity automatically assigning the dropdown selection.

PIPELINE DEALS customer since 2010. Very satisfied with the workability of the App and the service is always very responsive and fast. Best deal in CRM by a country mile, IMHO.

I love PipelineDeals, I have been a user of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics and although fantastic products I find Pipeline is more user-friendly and easier to navigate around.

We're a small business. Been using their system for almost 10 years now. Does what we need it to do; track customer calls, input data/notes, attach/save quotes and other important docs, follow sales pipeline, tag leads/customers, customize lists, etc. . . It actually does MORE than what we use it for. But the price is right, customer service has been great, and being on the cloud we can access our data from wherever we need it. Would definitely recommend as an affordable CRM.
