“Extremely poor customer service. I paid for order, Piping Rock shipped to incorrect address, and would not honor refund request, so had to dispute to have money refunded via credit card. I will never use them again and found suitable replacements via Amazon.”

“I emailed customer service requesting my order be canceled that had only been placed two hours prior. I was advised that although the order had not left their warehouse they would not be able to cancel my order. Rediculous. Horrible customer care!”

“Use Caution with this company! As a mail order medication business, it’s expected that larger quantities would be purchased to maintain health over 3, 6, 12 months or longer. Sending out medication that EXPIRES so soon after purchase is SHAMEFUL and very unhealthy. This has now happened to me twice and the first time my medication was exchanged. Now a new policy is in place but my medication expired exactly 1 month after the exchange window closed and Piping Rock refused to exchange my EXPIRED meds. Clearly, this company doesn’t care about supporting the good health of their customers. I strongly advise going elsewhere to get your health maintenance products.”

“I've used them for a long time, but they showed up as breached/hacked on my computer system. I had a credit card compromised for $4k. I am not sure where this theft came from, but Piping Rock is the only company that shows up on my computer scans so I'm guessing it came from them.”

“I made the grave mistake of trusting this website, and it has been a complete nightmare. It's deeply concerning that they have faced no repercussions for their deplorable actions. “After reading most of the reviews (overwhelmingly NEGATIVE), I don't think my experience will change anybody's mind. Bottom line: Piping Rock is HORRIBLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY. I purchased 12 bottles of a rather expensive supplement from Piping Rock (SAM-e), which cost me nearly $250. Yes: Idiot that I am, I spent $247.70 at Piping Rock. What's the problem? When I got the package, it was making a rattling sound, like loose pebbles. I made the mistake of opening the box inside my house, when bunches of glass shards and fragments fell out of it. The SAM-e bottles are glass, and the incompetent person who packaged them put a liner of bubble wrap on the bottom of the box, and then just put the 12 GLASS bottles on top, with no wrapping or protection. Luckily, only one bottle was broken. But shards and fragments were EVERYWHERE. Customer service was a joke. All I got was an apology, so I had to press the rep to let management know that they have a problem with packaging their product. Also, the apology I received was about the "inconvenience," and nothing about the DANGER that opening a box full of broken glass could cause the customer. One final thing: Why was the shipping label put on the BOTTOM of the box, despite cautions that read, "This side up" on the side opposite to where they put the address label? Any idiot (on other words, 99% of the Piping Rock personnel) would know that the delivery person would have to turn the box upside-down, to determine the delivery address! I used to be a loyal Piping Rock customer. Now, I will NEVER purchase from them again because I DO NOT TRUST Piping Rock.”

“I have been ordering for about 2 months now and have had nothing but a good experience. The shipping is a little slow because I chose the cheapest way to mail to Hawaii. But that keeps the cost down. I am not a lab technician, so I cant tell you if the quality is good or bad, but so far the products work and are affordable and seem to be on target.”

“On April 24, 2024 they were hacked and had a data breach where about a million of their customers info was stolen and published on the dark web. I know because mine was one of the ones stolen. I didn't find out from pipingrock though. It's been nearly 3 weeks since the breach and I have heard nothing from them about this serious violation of my personal info. I found out via googles monitoring service. I only ordered once from them because I discovered that the essential oils they sell are neither real or pure. PIPINGROCK.COM IS A TRASH COMPANY THAT SELLS COUNTERFEIT HEALTH PRODUCTS . PIPINGROCK DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS HEALTH OR SECURITY OR PROTECTING THEIR PRIVATE SENSITIVE DATA”

“Deficient customer service - German Customs and German Post returned two orders to Piping Rock, owing to inadequate labelling.Receipt of returns has not been confirmed three months later. Instead they have prevaricated with plain acknowledgements of my queries, followed by "How did we do" mails That leaves one with the only possible remedy. Insist that the credit card transaction be held in suspense until satisfaction is achieved.”
