“Edenton NC location - Pizza was terrible. The crust tasted like cardboard. I ordered a veggie pizza and there was hardly any veggies, just a bunch of sauce.. Customer service was the same. A rather large woman in the drive-thru was very rude and tried to grab my credit card without saying anything. I should be greeted and told how much the total is first, and then WAIT until I hand over payment. I will never be going back. I wish Mellow Mushroom would take its place. They have wider variety of delicious eats, healthier options, it taste so much better, they deliver and their food is organic.”

“Not told about card only payment either when booking, arriving or ordering, not allowed to order fries, ribs are off the menu, no pizzas smaller than the individual size which I think was 11” and too big for half of our diners, told we can only have 1 menu per table but since there were 9 of us we’d already been given a second one and they have to print them out now (1 a4 sheet - not hard) told to look on app, can’t use app no smartphone, sauces not labelled on app, no one sanitising the drinks machine or salad tongs and no sanitiser or disposable cutlery available as an option, no starters anymore just sides, only 2 pastas now, no healthier options like grilled chicken anymore, nothing really unless you have a big pizza, Mac & cheese or lasagne, no pizza topped chicken anymore and no potato wedges”
“I currently have 4 phones trying to call into the store to try and place a phone order. I have been trying since 7pm. it has been exactly 42 minutes. not only do they NOT answer their phones, They answer, and then put you back on hold. in case you are wondering, the dry rub is not available in all locations. I have heard that over 262 times. If you want a reason for someone to LEAVE the Pizza Hut Family, THIS is the best way to do it. I am about to order from an exceptionally expensive pizza place that is a block away from my apartment. THIS IS REDICULOUS. ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! now it's 50 minutes. I am so disgusted by this. HOW are we supposed to follow covid restrictions if when we arrive onsite, we cannot even get a hold of the store to go in. To say this is infuriating is a MASSIVE understatement. “Went to stratford_upon Avon.It was my treat for my gransons 4th birthday.There were 3 adults 3 children .Children under 6.one in high chair.We had to zap QR code to order.Then do all on line.We all wanted something different so took ages to order by which time kids were hungry.I dont mind but there were waiteress everywhere.Why oh why could they not take our order.Or do what mcdonalds and have a big board up .Will definitely not be going back.”

My partner & I visited at 14:15, app was very slow, VERY limited menu, can only have one type of salad, NOT a mix, all pre-made, I wanted green salad but don't like Carrots, it's mixed in with it!!!
Who just wants Potato salad or just Coleslaw? CAN'T EVEN MIX & MATCH, ONLY ONE OF THE THREE!
Can ONLY order ONE of the four pizzas available at any one time, eat that then order Pizza again, they DON'T do slices.
The 'Blonde' member of staff was dealing with a couple at a table, it looked like she had finished with them so I said 'excuse me' (meaning when you have finished can I have your attention), she was rather Snappy & said 'I'm dealing with these!' (wind your neck in girl, I was polite so you should be!), other places we have been to offer much more variety of salad. The place only had a few diners, my partner & I looked at each other & we knew neither of us liked the service or the way Pizza Hut have gone about it, incompetent & NOT the best way to go about it.
We decided to leave, the 'blonde' then shouted across the room, "it's been this way for over a year!" (DON'T SHOUT! DON'T BE STROPPY, BE PROFESSIONAL) SO!!! Just means it's been very bad for over a year & Pizza Hut should do a better job & that would explain why they were almost empty & every time we've looked it seems to always be that way! PIZZA HUT, you want to get customers back this isn't the way to go about it, NOT EVEN CLOSE!!
We went to a Castle Calvary not far from that Pizza Hut, FULL MENU, you ticked what you wanted on a menu, they brought it to you, perfect service, perfect food VERY MUCH UNLIKE YOU!”
