“Awful customer service process.
They can clearly see that I have a coupon that doesn't state ONLINE...I get there and they are having a difficult time with me and forward me to the online process. The online prices sucks as it kept making me sign up for offers, set up an account, and receive texts promotions... if that wasn't bad enough, it kept making me go over the process again and again. Truly horrible. I went through this for almost an hour. Yes they helped with the online pieces BUT No one said, ok, we see it isn't you, let me override it. Horrible. .Now I remember why my family lives Dominoes... Do better”
“My wife and I have been eating at Pizza Hut in Royston most of our life . This trip we order a super supreme minus shroons and black olives . I want to say this pizza was cooked to perfection!! Probably the best we have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. Bennett was the young man in the back manning the kitchen. The young lady (Bri) at the register was very professional and friendly as well. Awesome job to these two and we can’t wait eat there again,soon!

“First of all there are no prices on the menu. No I’ve so no fountain drinks or tea. Pizza was served to table in the box? Really??? Had to ask for silverware which was plastic when brought to table. Very sad restaurant experience. We do order take out but will not be eating in again.”
“Not received any delivery. Online tracking doesn't show the correct status. I waited for 2.5 hours, and then it showed the status as "DELIVERED," which is false—nothing was received.
I don't understand how Pizza Hut operates. You don't seem to care about the customer and don't even bother to inform them. It seems like Indian Pizza Hut operates on the typical logic of "Chalta Hai." I haven't seen such unprofessionalism from Pizza Hut in other parts of the world.

“Attempted multiple times to order pizzas...first time I heard someone laughing then hung up...second time kept putting me on hold and the the phone kept ringing back. So I ordered from a bros. They want my business apparently.”

“Store address is 3311 Orange Blossom Trail , I ordered a NY style pizza with pepperoni on 1 side and onions and green peppers on the 2 side . I got pepperoni and green peppers and onions on all I called to complain but the manager hesitated when she read back the order. But was only going to give me $20.00 credit on a $30.33 order. No one could eat pizza and had to throw away. And the first time time calling I was hung up on, and 2 time talked to 2 girls but manager says she is the only one there. I was given the credit but I will never use pizza hut again. They don't care it seems.

“What a ripoff. Ordered a medium and nearly fell off the floor when I saw how SMALL it was! Thought they made a mistake and gave e me a small by mistake, but nope! They must be using their small-size boxes for their so-called medium pizzas. And crazy expensive! Also ordered bread sticks and received only one tiny size sauce, with is ridiculous! “I placed an online order for two of the bacon cheddar cheese sticks to be picked up by 6 pm June 21, 2024. This is the Pontotoc Ms store. I get there and stand in line waiting my turn. There were two guys in the back with an attitude and going off on the girl that was at the register but I don’t know what was all said but they almost made her cry. My order was not ready at 6 like I had placed. I didn’t get my order until almost 7. I will not be back until some of the employees get an attitude adjustment! My bacon cheddar cheese sticks were great tho!”
