“on July, 23,2024 I spent $72.06 for 2 pizzas and 2 order of wings. the food was never deliver and the when you call the number you would get the Pizza Hut Call center which the call center employees kept transferring me to the store which no one answer the phone and a couple time the call center employee hung up the phone on me. My order number was 3240723214514001413040139 and the Pizza Hut location was 941 Federal Rd Houston, Tx. I want my money put back on my card.”
“Place a 8 pizza order multiple times a year online from my home in Florida for a client's team in Indiana. Last time Pizza Hut's online platform was down. That required me to order it direct with the local Pizza Hut. Then corporate refused to honor my receipt for rewards points. All because I put the customers number on the order instead of mine. It shows me Pizza Hut puts zero value on customer loyalty. So, I will no longer do business at Pizza Hut, because of their corporate low level of customer service.”

“Today I took takeaway (keema with kabab stuffing)from pizza hut parappana agrahara, hosaroad, Bangalore. When my kid opened it, it was undercooked. Never saw white pizza in my life.
