The pizza was not fresh missing toppings that was supposed to have been on the pizza manager very unprofessional never order nothing from there again

I placed my order at 5:45 and pizza was to be ready at 6:15 and a friend was picking it up. She arrived to get it and it hadn’t even been started. 1hour later she walked out with the order and still had a missing item. she said there were only 3 people working and no one really seemed to care. Tonight I felt I could leave a calm review and the local Pizza Hut website won’t even let me put in a date or location. Pizza Hut Keith Street Cleveland TN What is happening to this corporation?

Ordered 2 of the Medium Pan pizzas. Very disappointed, neither of the had any of the oil to crisp the bottom of the crust. Not sure if they discontinued the oil or this place just didn't do it. Either way it was a big let down. That was the one thing that made them a step above. I cannot see any reason to go back. I will just switch to Jets Pizza. They have a very nice crispy crust pan pizza, like Pizza hut used to. Very disappointed.

Pizza Hut mango hill used to be amazing, last two times average at best, skimpy topping , must be new owners . Will go griffin pizza next time

I ordered a large surpreme pizza with extra sauce on the app. I could barely taste any sauce at all let alone extra sauce. Not the first time this has happened with this store. Overall the pizza was decent minus the sauce.

I've been a rather satisfied customer for many years, in the UK and France mainly, both dining in and having pizzas delivered at my place. A year ago they closed the restaurant which delivered pizzas in Paris 5th which is central. After a couple of months I emailed to get an update on and what was preventing another restaurant from handling the deliveries - there is one in Paris 5th indeed, one km away. Thy said they were in the process of doing so. More than 8 months later still nothing. I emailed them over and over again. Not a single answer. So guess what, I'll never order from them again or dine in. Talk about customer care...

It’s a terrible shame of such an iconic change our family loved. Again the one in Pleasant Hills, Pa made our order wrong. I ordered half pepperoni and half just cheese and bread sticks . I should have checked before I left but it was all pepperoni and bread sticks were burnt and hard. Everyone who has been going to Pizza Hut for many years can see the obvious decline in product quality and customer service. Just lost another customer!!!

If you ordered a large supreme pizza in Santee with a thin crispy crust. They're not that big for one thing. But it was good. The problem I have is that it wasn't a very large pizza but it was about $22 then on top of that there was a $5 delivery fee which the driver does not get so you can add another five to deliver it when it was right across the street.. why would they charge $5 for delivery when it doesn't go to the driver. I think the whole thing was that expensive I will never buy another one. They have finally overpriced themselves

I don't know why I keep ordering pizza hut and get disappointed every single time. I specifically asked to lightly cook my cheese on my pizza and its burnt!

We have ordered from Pizza Hut faithfully for years and it has always been enjoyable. But our order tonight was sub standard. The cheese was tasteless, and the cheese in the stuffed crust was like unmelted tofu. Also tasteless. What a stinker of a pizza. You’ve lost our business if this is the food you’re producing now. 👎

I recently had a bad experience with pizza hut and found out that it is impossible to reach customer service or the restaurant. The local restaurant does not answer the phone (listened to a recording for hours before giving up), and customer service does not take calls either. Customer service will direct you to their website, in which they state that they will call you back, but the app and website will not allow you to update your phone number or email from what it was when the account was created. I really don't see the point in the restaurant having a phone if no one answers it. It also seems pointless to provide a customer service phone number if there is no customer service.

The service was pretty good, we were the only customers at 830 pm on Monday evening. The problem I have is that the menus have NO PRICES listed on them. If you go on the web to look at the menu it also has NO PRICING. What is up with that? Are we supposed to order blindly and then cancel the order if you think it’s outrageous? Make a scene? I won’t be going back anytime soon. I want to know how much items cost so I can make an informed decision about what I am purchasing.

I've noticed that the newest pizza hut in Ripley and corinth Ms are using cheese that doesn't taste anything like mozzarella and if it don't get fixed I won't be buying anymore

When did Pizzz Hut shrink their pizzas? Since when is a 12" pizza calcified as a large pizza? Astounded at how small it is. Noticeably, the price sure didn't shrink with it at $28.00 for this ridiculously small pizza!!!

I recently ordered a chick parm melt and medium buffalo wings! The wings were all breading very little chicken! And what chicken there was tuff and hard to chew up! Really that need to find a new source of supplier for their wings wherever they’re getting them from now they’re getting screwed and we’re getting screwed as the customer

I am pretty much done with this franchise. Our family had been ordering pizza once per week for seven years. However, the quality was slipping, and instructions were not being followed so when I was emailed a survey, I answered it honestly. The general manager responded with an email from the local restaurant. He was very condescending. He offered replacement food and I responded asking how that would be achieved since only one pizza out of a meal deal was affected by the inaccuracy. I never heard back. I had been given two email addresses for this person and he didn’t bother to respond. I did forward it to the second email I was given, soI know I was not important enough to get a response. The second issue I had was ordering in another town where my grandkids live. I placed an order to take home and tried to redeem points for some cheesesticks, but they never gave them to me. The manager I talked to on the telephone assured me that the next time I was in town, which would be in one week, he would call me first thing in the morning and get my information so I could get a replacement meal plus some brownies, free of charge. He also said if I didn’t want to order it that day, he’d get my address and mail me a gift certificate. He never called. I called the restaurant in the morning and no one answered. I called in the afternoon and got yet another irritable general manager on the phone. She said she would follow up and call me back, but I never heard back. I ended up escalating it by going directly to Corporate and got my points restored that were taken for the free cheesesticks, but that is all they did. I felt like I had to jump through hoops to get what I wanted.

Being a couple of OAP'S we manage to treat ourselves to an occasional treat at our local Hut in Lincoln.We last went there in July. We went today (22nd) lunchtime.I ordered my favorite Chicken Supreme Deep Pan and my wife ordered the Pan Chicken Fajita. On checking the photo's on the Hut web site,and also having ordered the same thing before I fully expected to get a fully loaded pizza.That is not what we got. Our starter of Garlic Bread was still white on 1 side and utterly tasteless. When the pizza arrived it was a bit gooey looked as it was all dough with very little topping placed somewhere in the middle. NOT LIKE THE WEBSITE PHOTO. It was edible but not very appetizing. I have had better pizza's with more toppings from Lidl,Tesco or Iceland. It will be a long time before I go there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have told PIZZA HUT of my thoughts.

Establish very friendly I found it very disturbing that I had to launch my app when I got into the store to look at their menu. This is gone too far you can't do anything without your cell phone these days and I'm sick of it if I walk into a restaurant I wanna see a menu I don't have to look it up on my phone and try to weave through their apps to get to it. For that Pizza Hut you get F. I was so looking forward to the pizza for my child of days but I won't come back here again
