Ordered flowers for my Mums Birthday in the Uk from Australia. I was sent an ETA for delivery on the nominated day . They did not get delivered and are currently still in transit. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering them because they are mostly bad . The customer service is cold, has an answer for everything and really couldn’t care less because they heave your money .

I ordered £41.48 of flowers to be delivered on 11th jan,no delivery will not give me a refund,Royal Mail tells me the tracking no was false and are investigating as this is not the first time this filth of a company has done this,I have informed the banks fraud department to get my money back,I will open a case with trading standards, these thieves need closing down.

I received an orchid bowl as a Xmas present 2days before Christmas which was of a very poor quality. I contacted customer service but they were not taking any calls over the 4day Xmas holiday so when I managed to speak to them was told they have a 3day complaints policy and I was outside that time. The company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction but after numerous emails to Lewis.h requesting a replacement plant they refused to replace the plant. I would not recommend PRESTIGE FLOWERS do not buy anything from them the only thing worse than the orchid that I received is the CUSTOMER SERVICE of this company.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM PRESTIGE !! I ordered the Festive bouquet before Xmas for my daughter - £29-00 The flowers she received was nothing like the flowers I ordered from their website (see photos) sparse and wilted. I complained the next day attaching a photo and asked for a full refund as per their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. They responded back to say the flowers I received was satisfactory and offered me £15 off my next order. I responded to confirm that I would NEVER use them again and requested a full refund - I heard nothing and have since emailed several times with no response. The flowers my daughter received was dead and wilted within 48 hours. I have always used Bloom & Wilde whereby their flowers and service are excellent. Unfortunately, I was taken in by the discounts they offer and the blurb they put on their website …. Please don’t waste your money it’s all lies !! I’ve been well and truly ripped off - I should have read the reviews before ordering - some of which are extremely negative and similar to my experience. Look at the photos and make your own mind up. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

Ordered flowers and paid for a selected date 24th December. Not just Christmas Eve but also an important family date. Flowers were delivered 2 days early. Apparently during busy periods they can't guarantee your flowers on selected dates. So if you order for Valentines day they may arrive before or after 14th February. Pointless! Was offered a £10 voucher but this came with a condition that the order had to be £30 which didn't include delivery. I won't be using this company again or their voucher. Avoid if you want to avoid disappointment 😞

Hopeless service, hopeless customer service. Did not deliver flowers on time, made excuse after excuse. Spent 30 minutes on calls and 15 emails trying to get flower I had paid for (including deliver) delivered. Do not use, big promises, zero service

Really poor service, spent £58 with these, nothing arrived, apparently it’s down to me to chase Royal Mail for the delivery they would do nothing to assist. Poor company to deal with.

I ordered a bunch of roses with lily’s for my mum the roses were dead by the 3rd day and the lily’s dident even open and went brown very disappointed I’ve added a picture of what they should have looked like and what they actually looked like

I ordered my flowers to be delivered for marriage party at Double tree by London Hilton with zip Code and mobile number of recipient. They did deliver my order and they refused to refund me. They have a very noxious customer service and stipend. Very bad experience to face such customer service. Their offer to resend it and I told them that marriage party is over. However no solution and no money back

The flowers were ordered for our 30th wedding anniversary, which fell on a Sunday. They were supposed to be delivered as a surprise on the day. They did not arrive. Apparently Royal Mail don’t deliver on Sundays - so why take the order in the first place unless you intend to use an alternative delivery service? They eventually arrived late on Monday afternoon, obviously worse for wear as they had been packed in the box in a heatwave somewhere waiting to be sent. Consequently, within about 4 days of receipt the flowers were near enough dead and had to be binned. The whole experience is very disappointing and we will certainly not be using or recommending this company to anyone.

AVOID USING extremely poor customer service, ordered flowers that were 2 days to be delivered worse of all they posted them with Royal Mail so the flowers were in delivery mode for 3 days, you can imagine they did not arrive in great shape. No responsibility taken. Horrid customer service. Shame…..

Your company is a scam taking money from people and not delivering I am 80years old and you have not delivered flowers I ordered for my niece who mother had passed away. There is nobody who can help your customer service is rubbish and I hope you get bankrupt. I wish I looked at all these reviews and can see that 90% of your customers have had the same experienc. . N

The flowers I ordered were not delivered and no attempt was made by the company to send tracking for the delivery. There is no customer service to enable you to communicate with them and you just get frustrating automated replies. There has been no confirmation that I will get any refund. It is by far the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Looking at some Trustpilot reviews it looks like a completely different company people are talking about.

Firstly the vase i ordered for mothers day with the large rose medley bouquet was not sent. Yes they arrived on mothering sunday by royal mail but not in water they came in a flat box which i find weird as they were ordered on the thursday and this company only has work hours from 9 to 5 mon to fri. The flowers had browned by tuesday which is two days later and my mum threw them out and didnt tell me so i wouldnt be upset by the £49.99 price i paid. Thirdly i contacted them by only way email they took days for reply which was please send photos of flowers so i replied my mother has allready binned them and doesnt use a smartphone. My mum is 66 and has been able to keep flowers alive for 2 weeks trimming feeding etc and knows not to keep them near a heat source. So after near on 2 weeks from first complaint i have now been offered a ten pound voucher for their company now i dont feel that is fair. I had asked them to replace the flowers and not a refund but thats what after 2 weeks they have offered me. I would not reccommend or use them again as they are very unprofessional and have really poor client custom. Im so angry with them for the let down for my mum. I could have bought okay a smaller bouquet from M&S for £15 and got a seven day guarantee on the flowers and lastly the £6.99 delivery charge is shocking whilst spending near £50. I hope this helps people as im totally un happy with them on every level. Terrible performance no stars just a stick from me sadly!!!!!!!!!

I received replacement flowers after complaint regarding Mother's day flowers. Not much better in quality. Gerber daisies are pathetic. Really people, buy your flowers in supermarket. You see what you are getting and value for money. Still would not recommend Prestige flowers at all.
