“Firstly the vase i ordered for mothers day with the large rose medley bouquet was not sent. Yes they arrived on mothering sunday by royal mail but not in water they came in a flat box which i find weird as they were ordered on the thursday and this company only has work hours from 9 to 5 mon to fri. The flowers had browned by tuesday which is two days later and my mum threw them out and didnt tell me so i wouldnt be upset by the £49.99 price i paid. Thirdly i contacted them by only way email they took days for reply which was please send photos of flowers so i replied my mother has allready binned them and doesnt use a smartphone. My mum is 66 and has been able to keep flowers alive for 2 weeks trimming feeding etc and knows not to keep them near a heat source. So after near on 2 weeks from first complaint i have now been offered a ten pound voucher for their company now i dont feel that is fair. I had asked them to replace the flowers and not a refund but thats what after 2 weeks they have offered me. I would not reccommend or use them again as they are very unprofessional and have really poor client custom. Im so angry with them for the let down for my mum. I could have bought okay a smaller bouquet from M&S for £15 and got a seven day guarantee on the flowers and lastly the £6.99 delivery charge is shocking whilst spending near £50. I hope this helps people as im totally un happy with them on every level. Terrible performance no stars just a stick from me sadly!!!!!!!!!”
“I received replacement flowers after complaint regarding Mother's day flowers. Not much better in quality. Gerber daisies are pathetic. Really people, buy your flowers in supermarket. You see what you are getting and value for money. Still would not recommend Prestige flowers at all.”

“Absolutely shocking service from this company. My son ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for his girlfriend to arrive on Saturday 12th as they weren’t together for Valentine’s Day. The flowers didn’t arrive on Saturday, they didn’t arrive on Sunday either. They did arrive on Monday however, what a disappointment. £40’s worth of flowers that didn’t resemble what he had ordered … a few wizened looking roses that were past their best, a few lilies that were half dead (some cut three inches from the flower so wouldn’t have gone in a vase anyway) and a green leaf filler that had started to wilt. My son has subsequently tried to contact Prestige Flowers on numerous occasions - they do not answer the phone, they refuse to have online chat when they find out it’s a complaint, they do not respond to FB messenger and don’t answer their emails either. What a way to treat your customers - sending out poorly looked after and cared for flowers to begin with and take the money in the knowledge that they won’t be held accountable. Whatever you do - don’t order from this company. They hide behind great photos and slick marketing but don’t follow through. Ripping off hard working people in this current climate is unforgivable.”

(1)They delivered the Valentine’s Day special flowers I had ordered one day early on Sunday 13th Feb!! (2)My girlfriend was not home so they left it on her front doorstep. (3)To make things even worse it was RAINING so it was all soaked!!!! I emailed to ask for some help or an explanation and they got very defensive and made up a load of excuses and offered no productive help at all.(offered me a £10 off my next order coupon.. which is just insulting considering i ordered their GRAND GESTURE flowers package and spent a total of £180! Why would i ever want to place another order?!!) Emails were with someone called Hibar-noor who was very unhelpful! Ridiculous and unacceptable service after spending £180 i just could not believe it!!!!!! Now has stopped responding to my emails. Absolutely do not recommend and would 100% warn to avoid them at all costs as there are many other shops/websites that have quality flowers and a quality service!”

Placed an order for next day delivery, website fully advertised 10pm cut off, order placed before 9pm
Confirmation email received to state order would be sent next day and tracking number would be provided on dispatch.
Next day (day1) no tracking provided and no response to email contact.
Day 2, live chat working and contact made to a very rude 'Jade' who had very little customer service. Explanation was cut off had been shortened because of valentines and despite the order not being honoured next day, they also hadn't arranged for the order to go out on day 2
Proceeded to chat with manager 'Michael' Michael had better customer service skills but contradicted Jade, stating delivery was not honoured due to covid (was not surprised covid excuse came out)
No Explanation why order wasn't sent for delivery day 2, and no compensation offered. Full refund offered and excepted, we'll wait to see if it arrives!”
“Terrible quality and terrible service. The flowers did not arrive on the selected date so it missed the birthday and arrived the day after. I ordered an expensive £70 large bunch as a gift, when it arrived the recipient said it looked like they had been without water for a while as some of them were already dead. The large bunch is like a supermarket bunch of flowers, definitely not large and certainly not good value for money. I complained and they offered me a credit of £15 which is useless as I will certainly never use the service again, not a refund or not a replacement. Really poor service, and disappointing especially when taking into account this was a gift for someone else which is now ruined. Would not recommend, horrendous service and very poor product. I regularly send flowers from M+S but went here as they looked luxurious, I was very wrong. Truly disappointed.”
