“Two lots of flowers I ordered were of very poor quality and looked nothing like the photos on the website. Customer service when I complained was terrible - I was just offered a credit note for less than half of what I had spent. One lot of flowers were delivered a day late. Not worth the money - do not use this company!”
“Disappointed. I ordered what I was thinking it was going to be a nice present for my husband birthday on the 14th of June. First they promised delivery of seven days a week including Sundays of course. Second they sent me a message saying it was going to be delivered by DPD that day. Third I was expecting them all day last Sunday 14th of June 2020 and about 5:00 pm I received an email from Royal Mail saying they were going to send them next day the 15th. Sorry but my husband birthday is the 14th not the next day. What a shame. I do not recommend prestige flowers and the reason to not use capital letters is because I am really upset and annoyed. If you get the worst service, you have the right to complain and to protest for £42,79 It is not £3 or £5 They have a lack of service and a mediocre customer attention. Their Customer Service and attitude leave much to be desired...very little after care or interest.
First bouquet I ordered for 18 May was delivered 9 days late and very dead .
In spite of emailing them to advise of non delivery I was ignored . It took 3 emails and several days to get a response and they weren't taking phone calls.
Their response was to send me another tracking link that wouldn't even open ( even though I requested a phone call in my emails). I didn't need another tracking link as already knew they hadnt been delivered and were sitting in the Couriers depot somewhere from the original link .
Finally got a response by email acknowledging the non delivery. Offered me a £ 10 voucher and to rearrange another bouquet to be delivered . Didnt really want a voucher as didnt feel I wanted to use Prestige again but after several emails to Danielle the " Supervisor " emailed who was actually quite rude and almost acuused me of lying about how many emails I'd sent before I got a response. She was also disbelieving that the second tracking link they sent wouldn't open. ..almost calling me a liar.
Finally settled on £10 refund and accepted a replacement bouquet to be delivered. The recipient isnt at work every day so I designated a day when she was at work... 27 May.
The original bouquet was finally delivered 26 May, very dead after 9 days of course and I had to phone the reception of the recipients workplace and ask them to bin them.
Didnt want dead flowers being received by the recipient the day before she was due to receive the replacement ...rather defeats the object of a lovely surprise 🙄
Kept checking the tracking link 27 May which advised the flowers had been received by the Courier and were out for delivery.
Got to late afternoon and they still hadn't arrived according to the Tracker .
Phoned the reception of the Office who confirmed they hadn't been delivered....
AGAIN!
Two consecutive occasions not delivered. ....One extremely angry customer.
Emailed Danielle the " Supervisor who advised that their Courier delivers right up to 7pm but that it states clearly on their website that they dont guarantee their delivery dates.
It would seem that Prestige consider it acceptable to advertise a service that they aren't fulfilling and dont appear to care as their website clearly states they dont guarantee delivery dates apparently.
She also sent me abother tracking link that woudnt open ..AGAIN !
Having researched consumer rights I advised Prestige/ Danielle that I was entitled to a full refund and compensation as they didnt fulfill the service they advertise ...TWICE!. Apparently Prestige are above Consumer rights and dont have to adhere .
I've had an email advising that I will receive a full refund but no compensation..
I will never ever use Prestige again and
I advise for them to be AVOIDED at all costs.
Unreliable , poor attitude , poor service , no customer after care.”

Ordered for mothers day. Huge disappointment
Ordered for mothers day. Packaging and presentation well however quality of £50.00 bouquet of flowers was poor. The quantity of the bunch was no where near worth £50.00. Very small amount of flowers for the price and they had all wilted by Tuesday despite following the advised care so now put into bin.
I thought i would have got a decent, well put together arrangement of flowers however it was the complete opposite.
I have brought better flowers from the supermarkets which lasted 2-3 weeks.
I will go back to the supermarkets from now on as this was a massive disappointment for my mother and myself as I ordered them thinking it was going to be money well spent.
Guys I would not waste my money on prestige flowers they are not worth it what so ever. Take my advice and buy from somewhere else.
Following my review, prestige flowers replied. They requested photos however unable 2 forward any as none was taken due to the poor quality hence was not excited to take photos. As i stated previously flowers put into bin 2 days after delivery.
Customer services stated they will send me another bunch!
Surly companies give you an option as to wether you would prefer a refund or another delivery?
Well I await this delivery and will be taking photos of this bunch for sure.
£50.00 is a lot of money to throw away when unsatisfied with your order.
Prestige flowers state due to the government/corona virus, can send flowers for delivery 1st may as Dpd unable 2 deliver.
Can't understand this as I see numerous dpd on my street delivering still so very strange.
This company is a dodgy one and they know there flowers are poor quality hence why never provide a refund unless u take radical action.
As they would be providing refunds regularly 24/7.
When and if I do receive this 2nd bouquet of flowers If small amount, limp, mouldy I will take action and report to trading standards as this is taking the biscuit with us all 100%.
Won't ever order from these ever again.
I honestly don't believe anyone that gives a good review at all.
Probably related to the company or work colleagues plus all the 1 star reviews the company replys the same repeated thing. Email them with reference number and they will sort it out! More like email a load of rubbish avoiding a refund.
To date it is now the 1st of may 2020 and expecting this so called replacement bouquet of flowers which was appalling on mothers day.
I have not received any communication from prestige flowers regarding this delivery.
I emailed them enquiring about this.
I have not received a reply as yet.
I guarantee I will not receive this and will take this incident further.
Its now 2nd may 2020 no reply received from these people despite contacting them three times during yesterday.
Do not order from these nasty scam artists unless you want to be disappointed.

As these peòple wouldn't behave this way if they treated there customers properly.

“Very disappointed, ordered hyacinths in tub for my mothers Mother’s Day gift . They arrived on time but very disappointed, no where near in bloom , the box of chocolates consisted of 4 chocolates. This worse part, they had included a black card , had not put my message on the card which caused my mum a lot of distress.
