“Only thing I dislike is the phone case support. I have the official leather from Apple and it’s still too thick. Backbone is so good though so I don’t mind slipping off the case”

“It's awesome - works perfectly and instant connectivity. There are some quirks with the app that take getting used to, but the controller support for gaming is great. I currently have a 2nd gen iPhone SE and the controller is starting to convince me to buy a bigger iPhone!”

“i purchaced my Backbone 6/28/21 and have not received my 3 months game pass ultimate. The date is now 7/13/21 and i am still waiting for my game pass ultimate. When will i receive it i dont know, I only get emails telling me they will look into it. This is the worst thing i have to deal with. The reason i bought the Backbone is for the offer it came with otherwise i woudnt have bought it. by the length and time its taking to handle this stressful situation i think i should get an addition 3 months game pass ultimate. Checkout with the Backbone was easy, but seems like its hard for you guys to follow through with the 3 months gamepass ultimate. Would have given 5 stars but someone on the Backbone team aint giving what was said on the Backbone.com website.”

“App and integration with apple games and Xbox gamepass is pretty solid. Hardware works well. My biggest complaints are: I think putting effort into a case with a small lever on the left hand half that lets you adjust the depth of the lightning port so that it can support in-case use would be worthwhile. Having to take off a very slim case to use this rather sucks. My other complaint is that the gamepass code only works for new signups. Know your market much? Wasted codes that deliver no value. Let us pick a one month for current subs or something as an alternative? Something.”
