“The Backbone One has been nice. I'm still getting used to it but I like how the controls are. I would recommend this for anyone who can't get Xbox or PlayStation but want a similar experience with the controls.”

“This product was well overdue -- and certainly the best option out there. I was an early adopter, and the pre-order program was intelligent and appreciated. Playstation, Microsoft, and Valve could have learned a lot from this -- though they didn't. Also recently upgraded my phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max), which required the adapter, and though shipping was a little high it was delivered quickly and integrated seamlessly.”

“It is as I exactly envisioned when I held it with my hands. The buttons are super responsive the system is fully upgraded. I enjoy the colors and the feel of a PlayStation control. The best part it still has Backbone as the primary seller. I love this product.”

“This thing is AMAZING! I have an iPhone 14 Pro, and the Backbone fits perfectly (accessory included). Feels and handles just like a PS Remote. You will not regret this purchase!!!!”

“I placed my order and received no follow up information on the status of the Oder until it shipped one month later. Prior to this time, I attempted to contact your company by phone and email, and was unable to do so. I finally disputed my credit card charge and you sent the product regardless. Obviously they couldn’t get a hold of your company either. Very poor customer service experience. I would not order from your company again, I would go to a regular retailer who I know that I could contact and get a response as to the status of my order.”

“I'm one month in and so far all I can say is this is an excellent controller. I previously got the PhoneJoy (now dead) and then the ROG Kunai 2, both were just non-functional for me. Pros: The Backbone feels great in the hands, is very responsive and has both a USB-C passthrough and a headphone jack, Kishi V1+2 is missing the latter. Cons: The price is steep (£100 at the time of writing) but it's difficult to complain when for soo long companies have failed to nail this kind of product. It's not fully collapsable so I'm cautious to throw it in a bag. The launcher app is very "streaming" focused and doesn't let you customize much so I just uninstalled it in the end. Suggestions: More collapsable or studier construction. Support for fast-charge. Larger analog sticks. It's not perfect but I would say it's currently the best in class. Also really happy with the delivery times, arrived in 5-6 days despite saying it'd take a month, that's just my experience of course. tl;dr - I forgot I was using the Backbone and got sucked into the game I was playing, which is a lot more than I can say for other android controllers! Well done Backbone!”

“Good afternoon, My order was mess up from the start. No communication on cancel order. Then I had to wait to received the order. They came one at a time. Both on my purchase were Christmas present. I like the device. Customer service or warehouse needed to do a better job. On inventory and orders.”

“The largest negative, and something that I weight as important, is company support. Good luck trying to get a hold of this company. They list their SLA's for responding but in my three instances of trying to contact them, they didn't hit it. Two of the instances they just ignored me. I worry long term support will not be available from this company.”
