“We liked the fish selection except for one was totally black. Most pond liners are dark and our pond is also 6 feet deep so the fish is essentially invisible.”

“This was my first purchase from Play It Koi and everything went very well. The Aqua Master fish food was packaged extremely well and arrived faster than I was expecting. The fish devour the food and there is never anything left in the filter as I've seen with other floating foods. It's too early to tell if the color enhancer in the food is having an impact but based on my research in Koi forums, I expect positive results. I'll be buying pond plants from Play It Koi next as they seem to have a good selection of native plants.”

“I couldn’t be happier with my plants! I have ordered every spring from many different stores on water lettuce and have never had a better product delivered. My hyanthias bloomed within 2 weeks. I also had a struggle getting my coupon code to work and had amazing customer service who handled that immediately. I will always order here. They have Koi food quality plants. Happy fish is a happy fish mom!”

“I am completely hooked on this company for my pond needs. I recently purchased an assortment of plants for my new pond and I was impressed by the whole experience with PlayItKoi. The website was organized well for me to find the type of plants I wanted. The prices are great! I was able to buy quite a few plants because of the low prices. The plants came super fast and they were wrapped carefully, each plant labelled and protected. The plants themselves were healthy and didn't shock at all. I also got an e-mail the same day they were delivered with planting instructions. I would have liked to have that e-mail a tad sooner so I could prepare better but luckily I was already prepared with soil and cloth pots so it just confirmed what I had! Over all, this has inspired me to build another even larger wildlife pond in my front yard to replace the habitat desert that is my lawn. I will be buying all my future pond plants from Play It Koi. :)”

“Play It Koi iz #1 !!! I live in Hawaii and NOBODY from the 48 states wants to ship stuff to us here ! Feels like we fricken shouldnt be a part of the USA. But Play It Koi came through for me always !! I dont know exactly why the mainland doesnt want to ship here, thats so stupid Thats why I will get ALL my Koi stuff from Play It Koi and them only. As we say here in Hawaii "No Ka Oi" (The Best), Play It Koi is No Ka Oi !!! Mahalo Much Play It Koi, You guys are Awesome, even your service is Awesome. Love you guys man.”

“Hello Ben Being a small business owner myself, I appreciate you reaching out like this it means a lot. The liner has arrived and is in a box in my barn near laurelville Ohio. I have the whole Doug it’s going to be about a 4000 gallon pond with a memory garden surrounding it. We lost both of my parents last year in April and May respectively. My dad loved his little Koi pond at our home. I can’t really comment on the quality though. I’m sure it will be fine and if it wasn’t, I know you would make it right I researched you thoroughly and your tightknit family and obvious focus on customer satisfaction is what made me come to you price was secondary. I can’t wait to get going, hopefully this Sunday, and install my pond liner and see how it goes! I will try to let you know how it came out Thanks again Randy Darst”

“We love our island floating ring and fish barrier, keeping our water plants safe and providing an excellent "hiding" spot when the big Blue Heron is spotted overhead! It's the perfect solution for us and our pond! Thank you!! We are letting the ring float around the pond depending on currents and wind ... so far that method is working well... although there is the option to attach a rock or brick to it and let it stay in one spot.”
