The company went out of its way to accommodate my delivery schedule. I was so happy to have these little plants for my pond. Unfortunately after a few days they completely disappeared. I’m not sure but am guessing the critters got them. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to enjoying their beauty.

I ordered some plants for my KOI pond from this company--I find no issues with them--They expressed a small delay in shipping but it came very quickly to me--I will consider them for any future needs i may have.

Always had great service, good prices and quick delivery. That being said, I was a little disappointed in the pond plants I recently purchased. I think they were a little small for the price.

When order is placed, tracking number should be given right then so customer will know when it is shipping. Roughly two weeks went by before tracking number issued. Order date was 04/21 and was shipped on 05/02 but no tracking number issued until day of delivery of 05/04. This way customers are not guessing when item is being shipped. This way customers don't have to call or email wondering when shipping is occurring.

I was a little disappointed with the first delivery. After talking to Derek, the issue was rectified to my satisfaction. He was very easy to work with and understood the issue. Sometimes the problem is not with the sales but with the manufacturer or grower. Customer service goes a long way today. I will be purchasing from them again.

Product arrived a day earlier than estimated. The only reason I didn't give a 5 was the high cost of shipping. Fish are more active after two doses.

The service overall was very good, however, I had to knock off one star because of the several items I ordered, one was the wrong item. They acknowledged the error, apologized, and sent the correct item. However this caused about a weeks delay.

I paid extra shipping to receive it within a certain time limit and I still don't have my diffuser

Hi Bobby - so sorry for whatever is going on with the straggling diffuser and Fedex. It appears the shipping gods were not good to us this time around for whatever reason. I would have given a 5 star review since nearly everything was perfect, from communication to delivery. Additionally, a discount adjustment was applied for being a first time customer, which was greatly appreciated. The packaging was outstanding, too. The reason for the 4 star review was due to the water hyacinth's quality/size. It's early in the season so I understand that the size might be smaller. They grow quickly in our koi pond of 22,000 gal. so we'll see how these do. The roots came off with little resistance when carefully separating them. That was a concern. The irises look great. I've already potted them up & excited for them to bloom.

We sincerely appreciate that you took the time to mention the discount adjustment, the communication, and packaging, etc. And, It is true that due to the earlyness in the season the size of hyacinths can be smaller as we grow these not too far away, in Oregon. Roots do detach themselves on hyacinths as well as lettuce, fairly frequently, but I do understand this can seem concerning. However, it shouldn't impact their growth and we are certain that they will quickly grow. The plants I've chosen have been delivered quickly and in good shape upon arrival. I'm a little disappointed in the size and quality of the Nymphaea 'Froebeli' Small Red Hardy Lily (Bare Root) plants I received. The Lily pads are much smaller than what I expected and the stem lengths were only about 3", so after planting them in a pot, even placing them on the ledge of my pond (roughly 10" deep) the leaves were underwater. The leaves were a very dark green, almost brown color. I'll give it some time, perhaps they will improve over time.

Hi Onalee - so sorry that we missed sending you the instructions. we have an automation that usually sends planting instructions to customers, that was recently rebuilt. And I can see for whatever reason that we didn't send to you. I'm sorry for that and I will continue to troubleshoot here. your feedback is really valuable so thank you. They were very timely with there delivery. I received my American frogbit today. I put them in the pond. Buy live plants is a gamble. Some of the roots from the plants had come detached in shipping. There in the pond. I will wait. I real hope they survive. A koi pond in the desert is not easy. Lol

The detaching of roots is common on these guys due to the switch between climates, but they should rebound nicely.
