My Koi seem to like the food, shipping was quick, BUT I received the 5 lb bag on 8/8/22 and the best by date was July 22.

Overall you did o.k. but you charged me for 2 lots of shipping but you sent it one box....I pointed this out in a prior "how did we do" request and you didn't respond. So I am going to keep mentioning it...you did o.k....but you are not great.

I ordered six pond lilies on 5/14 with two day expedited delivery. I received my six pond lilies on Friday late afternoon 5/27! I have never purchased pond lilies online before. There were six plants....two different lilies...both groups of three wrapped in moist brown paper....no details of what to do except what I had read online! At that late hour of the evening preparing for an international flight I was not prepared to start prepping and planting lilies. I am so disappointed as I am a new pond lily owner with Play it Koi. I had sent several messages in advance about the arrival of these plants in a timely manner...I advised at time of purchase I was leaving the country late May. I reached out to Play it Koi about this delivery delay in my distress on May 20th. I received an update May 25th that they were on their way. I submerged them last nite when I opened the box in a 5 gallon pot of water with mud covering their bare roots. I hope they are not dead on my return in 8 days! Thankfully I have international internet and can send this message today May 28th and expect an ASAP reply! If they are dead I expect a replacement.....order placed 5/14...recieved 5/27!!!! TWO day shipping was not honoured as from prep time to delivery should not have been 13 days! In the interim, I expect advice as to how to pot these lilies now for placing in my pond since they are in an emergency setting of mud in a water filled container. My pond has a waterfall and moving water which I discussed last year by phone with Ben when questioning how to feed my fish without the food flowing downstream and into the filter....the device I purchased from you never worked...Laguna Floating Fish Feeding Ring...Cost: $7.98...Priority Shipping $9.38....the shipping cost was more than the device which incidentally never worked!!! And now the shipping for plants that took 13 day is once again a major charge. I am not happy with my shipping method expense and with the situation I am once again finding myself...dissatisfied with Play It Koi...

Product arrived in 5 business days and in great shape as usual. Couldn’t give you 5 stars this time though. Paid an extra $12 for 2 day shipping because I needed it to replace an old pump that had failed. The $12 was refunded.

Terrific service. You really get what you paid for and high quality. I ordered plants and came through and in good condition. Reliability is hard to find and this seems like a reliable supplier.

Customer service is responsive. However this is the only company I've ever ordered from that took payment from my account before even processing the order. I also have a koi pond cleaning business so I'm constantly trying to find the best prices. While the prices are good, PIK seems more like a middle man for products as they take your money and then place an order with a different company for the processing and shipping of the product. It will be a week before your order is processed and shipped. If your willing to wait a little longer then the pricing is good.

Paid for 1-2 day shipping got 5 day shipping. It was dropped shipped out of Maryland. Just wish the shipping was more accurate. Otherwise outside of shipping everything arrived no issues.

The purchase was easy, however everyone is always in the fish pond so no one answers the phone nor does anyone return phone calls for us 1st timers

Always done great. Though I just realized I paid $175 for a pump that you just reordered form seaside. They have them for $109. Not too cool. Guess I’ll purchase the rest of the thing I need for my new pond from them. Thanks

My apologies for the delay with your package. In addition to the current strains that are on the courier services that we work with, it appears that your package was delayed on its way through CO last week due to severe weather conditions (High temperatures of 3 degrees Fahrenheit and Ice Fog) We work hard to make sure to get orders out as quickly as possible, but Mother Nature certainly doesn't listen to me when I try to tell her what to do. Let's just hope that we get a bit of a break with the upcoming pond season!

I recommend either numbering or alphabetizing parts to ensure the product is assembled correctly.

we just got our order. The water poppy has a flower on it that is waxy and looks like an Orchid, not the delicate water poppy. on the 'parrot tail' hornwort, I ordered three plants but could not find a root anywhere. it looks like someone just cut off a lot of tops. The timing for delivery was great. the product was securely and efficiently wrapped. (the best I have ever seen) The other question that came up is there were no directions on what to do when you receive your plants. Just the standard ground stick for plant care. We are Alumni of OSU and are glad to be supporting these efforts. We really cannot provide a true review yet as the plants have not been in our possession long enough to see if they survive or produce the proper flower.

Thank you for the quick service. I did get 6 plants as promised. However after planting, I see leaves sprouting on 4 of them but the other two seems to be dying.
