One small complaint however, the courier company do not state the office hours for Customer Services anywhere on their website or on their answerphone message. When I phones to find out what time my delivery would be made I was put on hold even though the office was closed. But the courier was polite and helpful.”
“I spoke with the customer service because the web site was not clear on weather the panel was left or right handed, I was expecting a plastic panel (one piece) but when it arrived it was 3pieces not plastic, but plastic coated MDF or equivalent.
This turned out to be a good thing as when I offered it up to the bath it was a good fit and overall better than I was expecting fron the full plastic panel. So quite happy with the out come.”
