“When my kitchen plumbing failed they had someone out within the hour, the plumber (Nick) was friendly, courteous and very skilled, he offered good practical advice and fixed the problem quickly. Excellent service and I highly recommend.”

“I had a leak in my shower Rob arrived on time and was efficient clean tidy and polite Rob knew his job and was able to reassure me which is a great help when there is water coming through the ceiling Although not the cheapest Rob was excellent I would recommend this company”

“I rarely take the time to complete reviews, but I am so annoyed with this company I feel I should try to protect other potential clients from the hassle they are likely to encounter by calling these people. Let down 6 times over 2 days ... lots of false promises and a complete lack of customer care .... I am a professional landlord and for 5 days including over the weekend, during a very cold spell my tenants are without heating. I live in the real world and fully appreciate things will go wrong and trades will be delayed. My complaint here is the total disregard for customers by this very poorly managed company. I asked for the boss in an attempt to resolve the situation and was put through to a resolutions manager. She had no idea of how to resolve a situation and was more likely to inflame the situation with her couldn't care less attitude .... she would last 2 minutes in my organisation !! Having given up with these jokers, I just called British Gas .... they will be here tomorrow ... that’s more like it”

“NOT a good experience. VERY EXPENSIVE AND NEGLIGENCE CAUSING FURTHER COSTS TO MYSELF. I have been billed over £340 in total for just over 30 minutes work to replace two very minor fittings over 2 visits. The second visit only being necessary as the issue was not resolved on the first visit, which led to a flood through the downstairs ceiling - incurring me further costs to replace the ceiling! Upon challenging this negligence to test the first *fix* and further issue caused as a result, I am still awaiting a response 10 days afterwards. Advice: Pay on Credit card. If you have issues you can then take up your claim with your card provider as PLUMBINGFORCE don't appear to be concerned. I am still awaiting a response from PLUMBINGFORCE as we speak.”

“Service was excellent. Made appointment over phone, paid with card and plumber came when he was supposed to. Received a call from the office to advise he was on his way too. He was quick, thorough and pleasant. Explained what he did and was very professional. Will use this company again for definite.”

“Very professional: call was quickly and efficiently answered, even though it was the Monday after Christmas, and one of the team arrived within three hours of the call, AND he phoned prior to arrival to let me know he'd be arriving in the next quarter of an hour. And the leaking water-pipe was sorted within ten minutes. I'd certainly recommend them - but I'd also recommend not getting a water-pipe leaking over Christmas, too.”

“I was quite desperate when my boiler broke down on Christmas Eve. I didn't think I'd have a hope of getting anyone to fix it before my pregnant daughter and son-in-law arrived for Christmas. I phoned several companies before I found Plumbingforce, none of whom had an appointment before December 29th. I was thrilled when Plumbingforce said they could send someone out. A delightful engineer - Andy - arrived when he said he would and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I can't say it was cheap but it was worth every penny to save my Christmas and I will definitely use Plumbingforce again in future.”
