Never Again In February 2018, I booked  with Plumbingforce for an annual servicing of .my boiler which was working fine. The engineer was at the house well over an hour made several phone calls regarding the boiler by the time he finished The boiler which was in working order before he touched it; 1) Could not be switched on by    the thermostat 2)There was no hot water 3) I was told the boiler was too old and needed several parts replacing and it wouldbe cheaper to replace the boiler He then gave me an invoice with the cost for having the boiler replaced over £3000! The cost for the servicing came to £285, and the boiler which was working fine before he touched it now needed to be replaced On leaving the engineer, used a testing procedure on the boiler itself to turn the boiler on he said that it would only stay on for 30 minutes at 90 degrees and the system word shut itself off, he reassured me that it was safe, and that I could  leave it on and go back to work.  The boiler was still going when I return home and the house, it was dangerously hot,I switched the boiler off. The next day I contacted another company recommend to me,. The engineer carried out the annual gas service and the boiler was up and running within 20mins,no parts replaced. The engineer told me there was nothing wrong with the boiler total charge for  this gas servicing £60. I sent a letter of complaint to Plumbingforce  February23rd 2018 which included full details of what happened, the  plumbingforce invoices, Along with a detailed invoice from the engineer who actually   got the boiler up and running.   I did not get a reply from them, I also called them and after giving them the details I was told the manager would call me back, Well after several calls to them I'm still waiting for them to call me back It's now Monday 7th May 2018.

Your Mr D Maxwell arrived at stated and quickly found the cause of my blocked toilet. He was very carefull in the manner in which he approached the task, left no dirt and had completed the task with 30 minutes - excellent.

Plumbing Force were asked to attend to carry out a Gas Fire Service to check that the flu was still clear and we wouldn't suffer carbon monoxide poisoning , The boys : Adam & Craig ... They were polite, clean & tidy as well as efficient. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing it and when they had completed the work they went through with us to check that WE understood how to operate the Gas Fire and that regular yearly services IF we were going to use it would be ESSENTIAL for HOME SAFETY. - they checked both the fire itself and the gas meter for any leaks and they ensured they also advised us to purchase a Carbonmonoxide Monitor IF we were starting to use the Gas Fire in this new bout of BITTERLY COLD WEATHER. - They instilled real faith in their work and in the fact that THEY WANTED the best outcome for us their customers. We couldnt have had a better experience. WE would certainly feel confident and want to offer them any other work that required GAS QUALIFIED ENGINEERS, in a world where too many people make themselves simply look good. - They really relayed to us their customers as Layman and were 100% Caring and Authentic in their engagement with us the clients. - The work must have taken them roughly 2 hours and the work was done carefully considerately and methodically. A DELIGHT to deal with them. Thank you so much Plumbing Force for having such Capable, Efficient and wonderful men working for you. So IF your looking for ENGINEERS may i recommend you to Andy & Craig of Plumbing Force they make a great team. I hope this review helps you reach a decision in who to TRUST we TRUSTED them and are extremely happy they left our GAS FIRE looking as good as new having checked all elements as well as the ducting out [despite having to stand in the inclement weather freezing to do so ].

i paid for a service but he did nothing. i had to pay for a new heat exchanger the next day to someone else as the shower was still running hot and cold.

Emergency, coldest day of the year so far and no hot water or heating!! All companies I contacted, including the manufacturer told me it would 5-7 days at the earliest before they could attend. Found PlumbForce and telephoned - - office staff were clear, concise, took details and organsied for engineer to call. Was told I would have someone there within 3 hours. They were at the house within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, got the heating and hot water working. Cost was no more expensive than any other company. This is the service I am used to and expect in an emergency. Have recommended them to others already and will be my first phone call next time!

I was delighted with the service I received from Plumbing Force and so close to Christmas too! The fitter who came was so extremely helpful and pleasant even though he must have had a long and busy day. I was very grateful, many thanks.

The engineer turned up within the specified time scale. He quickly resolved the issue we had with the stop cock. Although he was unable to remove the old kitchen sink taps as they were stuck with limescale and I was going to remove the sink anyway. he left me loads of advice and a few bits of hardware along with the assurance of if I got into any difficulties removing the kitchen sink, plumbing force would be happy to help even on a Saturday. We had a plumber from a different company earlier that day and basically said he couldn't do the job because it involved lead pipe work, but the plumbing force guy sorted it for us and got our water supply back on. Which made me very happy.

Required new taps fitted to bathroom basin and kitchen sink,so not a major job.Plumbingforce kept me up to date with arrival time,received call to let me know plumber was on his way.Josh arrived at the time stated,very efficient,tidy and had a nice manner about him, on completion of job,said any problems just give them a call.So all in all,very happy with the service received from Plumbingforce.

Booked an engineer to come out saturday; for a gas cooker installation by 3pm got cancellation, rebooked in for today(22/1/18) for 8-12 by 1130 got call rebooked for a 2-6 by 4:30 WE called to check they were STILL coming they werent, they booked us in for tomorrow not holding out much hope! Not very good company full of lies! Wouldn’t bother recommending AT ALL!!!

Martin is always professional, efficient and courteous. He is always on time and puts in extra effort to ensure I know what work has been carried out and why. I would highly recommend Plumbing Force. My only niggle is that it is often very late notice from the admin team if a plumber is unable to attend as booked but I appreciate they are responding to emergencies elsewhere.

The emergency plumber came within the three hour timespot and revelled the problem as being the wall thermostat which he replaced
