“Stephen was great, very friendly and found the fault that was causing the leak I suspected. Luckily for me he was able to move the washing machine and I think that took about 90% of the time he was here as it was properly jammed in to a very tight space! He temporarily sorted things so the leak stopped but did not carry the required spare part. In the event I think this was for the best. He gave some good advice for when I search for a new machine.”

“At first when I was given an appointment for the next morning, I was overjoyed, but this slipped back to the afternoon, then the next morning, then the next afternoon. The fitter when he arrived was very competent , but I felt that the work required ( which was less than I actually envisaged) was not worth the standing charge that I had agreed.”

“Had a broken pipe below my bathtub which was fixed fine. The bath is enclosed so he had to break the tiles to access below the bath. This was fine and he offered to replace the tiles with some spares he found beneath the bath. Within 4 hours these tiles had buckled under their own weight. Rang up to ask them to come and fix it and was told rather rudely by call agent Will they are plumbers not tilers. Then failed to offer any explanation for why the plumber attempted to fix the tiles if he was unable to do the job properly. Now have to pay to have it fixed out of my own pocket. DO NOT USE”

“Not very good on keeping appointments. Cancelled twice with just a hours notice on each appointment! And to make matters worse! The engineer gave the wrong diagnostics of the fault on the boiler! And with a extortionate price to repair it. £400 was quoted to repair it plus labour! I got a local plumber and he repaired it for £80, so not very happy with the services that ye supply! Ratings out of O to 10 . O.”

“We had a leak, which is something we’d never experienced before. After phoning Plumbing force I was told it could be up to a 4 hour wait. It turned out to be around 3 hours though. Adam was great from start to finish quickly setting about to find the leak and planning all the details of the aftermath. He made a stressful situation much more bearable and was a really nice guy.”

“The plumber was excellent. The company on the other hand was unsatisfactory in that we got different quotes one of £79 and the others at £99 per hour for labour. Being held on phone whilst your operator kept on having to ask for help from elsewhere was annoying. Although we informed you of the urgency and difficulty of our situation it was only resolved in the end by us getting in touch directly with the plumber who was brilliant and solved our problem Plumber excellent company very, very, poor”

“Very unimpressed with your service. We needed a blocked toilet clearing quickly. We were continually told over the phone that somebody was coming at a particular time but over two days and still nobody coming, we cancelled our booking and went with Dyno. They came very quickly and on a Sunday! Excellent service and no more expensive than your quoted price!”

“Deeply disappointed with the service as when initial phone call made it was made clear that it was a Grohe shower and the problem. Reassured by the telephone operator that it should not be a problem for the plumbing engineer. However when the plumber advised he within minutes said he was unable to repair and the invoice for the call out would have to be paid in full.”

“Engineer Phil Harris was very professional, tidy and explained everything that needed doing. Extremely satisfied with the service and even tho a little delayed in appointment time I was kept up to date by telephone prior to and then notified when the engineer was on route.”
