“Problem with sink tap was urgent but not emergency. Rang at 2pm. Fitter was unable to come same day 3-6pm as had originally been promised, but they let us know by 5.15. As it turned out, following morning 9.15 was better because I'd by then collected replacement cartridge, which was the solution, from Grant and Stone. Fitter friendly and efficient. Charge more than one other place I tried who couldn't come same day but much less than the company who had 3 or 4 apparently separate adverts in Yellow pages. (Maybe that's why they have to charge more?)”

“I was just about to go on holiday when I discovered a leak above my wardrobe. Your man Danny fixed my leak and also put my very heavy suitcase in the boot of my car. Many thanks. Christina”

“Slightly longer to arrive than originally told but once there a very affable chap who fixed our immediate problem, but also made clear underlying issues that might lead to further, more expensive problems down the line. Chap explained the workings of the heating system in good detail and answered my questions very clearly. I have a far better understanding of my system now than I was left with by the original installer. Four stars only because I'm left with the worry of knowing we're going to have to spend a lot on upgrading the system in the medium-term future. Not his fault, of course, but not quite peace of mind, either.”

“Engineer was very helpful and advised on the correct work required - all completed in good time. The office advised that engineer would be on site between 8-12 - this was actually 13.30 so room for improvement with regards to timing and planning the workload of the engineers.”

“Service was delivered and the problem was solved although the plumber did not arrive in the three hour window period. Someone did call me though and I was notified me of the delay. Over all, good service albeit a tad expensive!”

“Good service from both the call centre and the engineer. Clear on charges, which were reasonable too even though it was a weekend callout. Gave me a time slot and kept me informed when the engineer was running late.”
