“Very poor service from PlumbingForce. I called on Wednesday and booked a plumber for Friday and they promised the plumber would be at the property between 8-9 even took my payment details to confirm. Waited at the property at the time specified and didn't show up. They apparently called but left no message and the missed call is from a private number which I get many of those which you cannot return the call. Customer service for this issue was poor. In the words of Julia Roberts big mistake. https://www.davidandrew.co.uk/”

“They arrived about an hour later then the maximum time given , but they did call me to advise of this ,but this is the reason they only got four stars instead of five. The guy was very efficient when he did arrive and we were up and working within the hour.”

“Plumbingforce were fantastic, we called them in the afternoon and they came out the same day and did the work! The bloke was called Martin crook and he was lovely, he did a fantastic job and we will definitely be using them again.”

“Excellent service! Unable to fix problem due to the boiler being utterly beyond repair, but incredibly friendly and offered very helpful advice on what to expect when purchasing a new one; advice that saved me £1000 when I got quotes for it. Quick call out and efficient service.”

“What a useless company. They cancelled and passed on my number to a call centre who bombarded with calls with all sorts of quotes. A man showed who was not even an engineer did not do any work and told me has gone to write a report and later they charged my account. AVOID AVOID AVOID”

“Received a call 25 mins before due to arrive. Very polite. Talked us through the process and was very clean and tidy. clocked off to go buy a part and clocked back when returned, so they don't charge while away from your premises. Very happy customer, will highly recommend this company.”

“Great all-round service from Plumbingforce - from dealing with invoices and admin at head office - to superb heating engineer Ben Murray who expertly fitted a new boiler in my house. He arrived on time and on our agreed date, fitted it well, made good afterwards and cleaned up. Very easy to communicate with and responsive via phone and text. Highly recommended.”
