1. "Emergency" plumber didn't turn up in the allotted time. 2. Didn't actually turn up at all that day 3. Turned up late the following day - the office said that he had arranged with us to come late (utter rubbish) 4. Didn't have the part, said it would be done on Monday. 5. Didn't actually come back and do the job for two weeks. 6. They take a deposit at the beginning and this comes off the final bill - it didn't come off the bill. 7. They inflated/overcharged for the part. 8. When you complain you just get abuse from something called Melissa, it shrieks, patronises, acts likes a child, hangs up on you and refuses to deal with your problem. I assume it's some sort of automated robot thing, as no company in their right mind would risk hiring someone that incompetent in their customer services department - they should send it back to where it came from. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Rude staff. Failed appointments. Don't waste your time with these. Just a call centre allocating jobs to plumbers who they probably aren't paying a decent wage to anyway

Absolutely rubbish customer service. 3 cancelled appointments over 2 days because of engineer "overran" and then won't put me as the first job tomorrow to guarantee we get seen? Shocking service. Will be spreading the word not to ever use plumbing force.

We were quoted £198 to put a new cistern and flush on toilet. Then on the day (engineer v.late) I was told £208. When I questioned the price difference, I was told it was because the office had put the price up. Fine. However, The £30 initial call out fee is meant to come off this price. However, not only did it not, but my husbands card was actually charged a total of £238.56. This alone, I could forgive if rectified. However, emails to query this were ignored. I called office and was told i would be refunded. This so far hasn't happened. I called the office and spoke to 'Michelle' . I was spoken to in a very confrontational and patronising way and was actually left quite shaken by the time I hung up. I was told that I would have to wait until she checks what I have signed to see if she will issue a refund! Unbelievable! I will never use again and urge others to avoid!

The best company to hire for emergencies. Their staff are quick to respond. Good price rates. Managed to fix the leaks in our home in a short amount of time. Highly recommend.

Although the plumber was running late I was informed of this by the office.The Gentleman turned up was polite fitted my replacement shower in under an hour.

Sadly, Plumbingforce engineer didn't arrive between 8-midday as arranged as he was held up on another job, received a couple of courteous calls to keep us up-to-date and were told that an engineer would be with us between 2-6 pm same day, we were feeling a little dejected when at 5.45 pm Dave Maxwell arrived. He immediately got on with the job, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, serviced the boiler thoroughly and it was evident that this was the first proper service our boiler has had out of the 5 previous services (with a different company). Dave was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and he left us confident that our boiler was safe. He was able to give us good advice and we would definitely recommend this engineer and company.

I called up as no hot water. somebody came out (Tuesday 8th) and said they had never seen our type of system before - our house is only 4 years old so wouldnt imagine its that rare! Anyway, he couldnt fix anything there and then and said he would call me next day with prices for parts and a solution. I called Plumbing Force for an update on Thursday 10th and they said they would chase the call back, at the time of writing i still haven't heard from anybody and still have no hot water. pretty rubbish, will not be using them again, and have called a local plumber to come out. All this and i still got charged £94 - daylight robbery springs to mind. Avoid!

Great customer service. Their staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. I had no troubles because they guided me through the process. Also I give points to their plumber who arrived at our place on time to fix our problem with the leaks. Highly recommend.

We had a new gas hob needed installing. Plumbingforce claim to do same day work...this is patchy at the best of times. We booked it around 8am in the morning and was given a slot during the day... So stayed in. Later in the morning we were told the engineer is running late so will come late afternoon...so we stayed in longer. Come late afternoon received a phonecall saying they will be unable to make the appointment but are given the early slot the following day. The next day, wait for it... No engineer. We are told he can't make it. Upon complaining they tell us someone will come. When they arrive they tell us they can't connect the gas hob because the gas supply isn't sufficient and if we want it sorted we have to pay over £300 and still charge us £94! Later in the week another plumber working for our neighbour takes a look and says they could install it for around £70 and the gas supply is fine... So we have been conned out of two days of our time where we had to eat out with no cooker and lose £94 for no reason. I'd steer clear!

Booked an appointment - 12-3 slot. No one came , had to chase this appointment and was told running behind. Already paid for the emergancy call out . Asked for clarification and was shouted at and spoken to extremely rudely. Phone was also put down by the so called manager when asking for her name. Avoid this sevice at all costs! Appalling.

The engineer who checked and worked on our heater was able to arrive at our place. I thought he wouldn't be able to arrive because it was late at night but we needed to get fix it ASAP! He did his work and the result was superb. I also give thanks to their wonderful customer service, very attentive and easy to communicate.

I arranged for an engineer to come to our busy shop and was told someone would be with us by 3pm, I called at 2.30pm to confirm that someone was coming as I hadn't heard anything and was told yes, I would get a call when he was on his way, but it would now be in the afternoon between 3-6pm, I was then rung at 5.30 to be told he was delayed and wouldn't be attending today. Sorry for any inconvenience but they could rearrange for tomorrow! I explained the inconvenience and cost to my business, and I advised that the service was terrible, at which point instead of apologising, I was met with "okay, goodbye" and then the phone went dead. Disgusting. Do not recommend.
