“App was cancelled to next day, which very annoying as I needed my toilet unblocked, engineer was v professional, quick and explained everything to me. I would recommend even though was put out with cancellation ,”

“The engineer checked all the important items including the gas pressure which resulted in a call shortly after by the gas supply company. A good job done as far as I am concerned.”

“Very easy to book an appointment via live chat. Very quick and the plumber that came was very professional, liked chatting 😄. However the price per hour is one of the highest not the cheapest and for the job I wanted to be done it felt as if money gone straight out to the bin.”

“Well you let me down in the beginning by cancelling on the day. I had to take a day off work for which I do not get paid - if I don’t work, I don’t get paid - so a loss of around £50 which I can I’ll afford as I live alone. Having said that, the engineer was a very pleasant young man, who once he had travelled all the way to Harrogate to get the ‘bits’ needed for repair, did a very good job. So hoping I won’t need to call you out again, for a long while at least and will endeavour to have the boiler serviced annually. Kind regards Mrs Carol Mohan”

“The plumber did a very good job, and we now have a brand new tap which works. Unfortunately, my suggestion to the office that we needed a new tap was not passed on to the plumber, who had to go away and get one.”

“Polite staff when booking late in the day. The plumber came next day. Plumber was polite, smart and worked quickly to identify the problem. Only negative is that I was told I would receive a call approx 30-45 minutes prior to plumbers arrival. This didn't happen. Fortunately I was at home when the plumber arrived. Good service overall”

“I was pleased that you were able to come relatively quickly (and especially that you let me know you couldn't make the previous appointment). The young man who came was very pleasant and polite, and managed to get my hot water back on, and honestly warned me that it was a more expensive way of doing it. So I still need to get a spare part from solar suppliers, but would definitely use you again.”

“Your engineer Adam did a very professional job servicing the back boiler. Unfortunately as soon as he left the water tank suffered an implosion collapse! See photo.”
