“The engineer provided a quote for us and our neighbour as we both had boiler issues at the same time. He made a hash of the quotes. To cut a long story short we ended up with 2-year warranty on our boiler instead of a 5-year warranty. When I signed off on the job it was on condition of a renegotiation of the price due to the warranty discrepancy. The company couldn't have cared less and charged us the full amount. *Sigh* - why don't boiler companies look after their customers? We will not go back to them next time.”

“Came this morning and did a great job She even secured the hob to the counter 4 me .His name is Ollie and I would recommend him to any 1 .Did his job .Then checked and double checked for gas leak ..All done with a friendly manner..And it wasn't 2 expensive.THANKS GUYS.”

“emergency appointment booked at 3 am for a leaking boiler to be seen between 8 am - 12 pm. The call centre forgot to mention they don’t cover my area. Left with a leaking boiler for the rest of the week as NO ONE can come out for emergencies atm. Wouldn’t have been wiser to mention it before?”

“Phone yesterday for a 1-3hrs only to get a pnone call at 5pm to say no workman able to do job, then rebooked for to-day again a 1-3hrs responce , only today the same phone call to say unable to attend agin, in the mean time I still have no heating, water and a tricle of water down my wall. at £95 first hr and £45 for every other half hr you think they would do what the website claims 1 to 3 hrs RESPONCE !!! very poor service I would not recommed this company if you need the job doing swiftly”

“Called upon to fix faulty pumped shower. Charges were excessive, and when called back because shower still not working, could find no fault. Suggested might be another issue then debited their fresh call out charge without notice. Am now out of pocket well over £1,000 and still have faulty shower. Recommend do not get involved.”

“We needed to connect our new cooker, when gas engineer George Onslow came to our house he found our old cooker has high voltage cable, to show that he has done the job, he disconnect and connect again our old cooker, he charge for that 144 pounds and just disappeared. I have call him many times but no answer he left us the namber of his friend electrician, we call him and he came and changed the cable. I call Plumbing Force company and they advised me to right a letter to aftersales@plumbing.co.uk. What can I say- easy many.”

“We were very pleased indeed with the service delivered. The plumber - Dave Maxwell - was 100% professional, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The fee charged was exactly as stated, and Dave even helped us out with another small plumbing problem as part of the service. We could not have been more satisfied. We will definitely use Plumbingforce again in future.”

“They offer same day service (at a high price, but potentially worth it). They accepted my request for attendance same day (Thursday morning), and (at the end of the morning), postponed it to Thursday afternoon, then at the end of the afternoon, postponed it to Friday morning, then called to say they needed to postpone to Friday afternoon, but admitted they'd probably never get to me. So we called the job off and went elsewhere. A 2 day delay on getting an urgent plumbing job done. "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."”

“Beware of this company! We went with them as they said they could do it within a few days and we assumed that they would be a similar price to other local plumbers. We waited in a whole day for a no show. They also charged by the hour so we ended up paying double what 3 other plumbers had quoted. We didn't sign their invoice to raise a query about the price however they took the money out of the bank despite the lack of customer signature. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Michelle was downright rude by speaking over me and obviously didn't care about our predicament. In the end she wanted me to document it via email which enters the complaint onto their support ticketing system. I subsequently entered two further follow up emails asking for progress with no response I then rang and spoke to Michelle again with a similar response to last time. In the end she replied after 17 days denying any responsibility. Looking at their reviews I can see that this type of customer service and issuing huge bills is an everyday occurrence for this company. You have been warned!”

“This company is the best when it comes to plumbing services. They are reliable, quality of workmanship is great and at a price that is quite reasonable and competitive. When our boiler was in a bad condition, we called them up and they were quick to send someone to our place. Work done on the boiler was great and I can't be thankful enough for their help. Will recommend them to others.”

“We are absolutely disgusted with this company! our boiler broke down on Sunday afternoon, managed to book appointment for Tuestay 8-11, received phone call just before 11 that gas engineer won't make it. rebooked it for Wednesday 9-1pm, were told engineer is gona be late, my husband waited till 3pm, kept being promised that engineer is on the way, then our neighbour waited with 3weeks old baby on hands just to make sure we get it fixed- engineer didn't show up at all!!!!! when rang the company was told they don't know why engineer didn't come and that they'll make sure that today(Thursday) they'll send one first thing in the morning, definitely between 8-11. just before 10am called them to make sure if engineer is coming, was told- 100%. just 10min later got phone call saying their engineer can't make it AGAIN and that they can rebook it for tomorrow!!! it's -2 outside, we didn't have heating and hot water for 5days now and the guy even told me I'm not aloud to leave bad reviews!!!!!!!! it's an absolute joke! we didn't look for anyone else as kept being promise- engineer will come 100%!!!! will tell everyone how untrusty and unreliable this company is!!!!!!!”
