“Though plumber could not attend on the day promised, I was informed throughout the day that he was running late. When he arrived the next I was very happy with the work undertaken and his cleaning up afterwards.”

“We needed an emergency heating engineer and that is what we got. The engineer, Chris, arrived within two hours of my initial call and fixed the problem. Chris was polite and pleasant and left the area around the boiler, where he worked, clean and tidy. Quite a high hourly charge but with no local engineer available for a week and having no heating or hot water it was acceptable.”

“Very satisfied with the service. I've marked the service as good just in case the work doesn't last and I have to call them back under the guarantee. The plumber was delayed getting to me but the office kept me updated with a new time and then the engineer arrived an hour early. The problem was quickly rectified with parts held on the van, tested and the area left clean and tidy. I would definitely use Plumbingforce again.”

“Called them Friday lunch time about a sink leak and was told someone would be out sometime between then and 4. Rang at 4:10 as nobody turned up and was told they couldn't get there until Monday 8-12 so went almost 2 days without running water. Monday: arrived at 8:50 and did a great job even replaced washing machine valve without being asked. Friendly worker Martin . No complaints.”

“I had leaks from both toilets in the house, Sam identified both issues in seconds and set about fixing the problems, he also gave me advice on a problem with our kitchen tap. I had to call back two days later as one of the toilets was still leaking, Sam came back within a couple of hours and fixed the problem which derived from the first issue. If I hadn't have had to call back, this would have been a 5/5 review.”

“After some problems with an engineer not turning up as promised on a number of occasions, my boiler was finally mended. The office was really good with information giving, and did get an engineer out to sort the problem in the end.”
