“Easy to book and quick turnaround. Phil dealt with the 2 blockages within the hour which was great and cost effective.”

“The engineer was very helpful but the boiler apparently has an internal blockage which was not repaired. As I paid for two call-outs, it is a little disappointing.”

“Well you let me down in the beginning by cancelling on the day. I had to take a day off work for which I do not get paid - if I don’t work, I don’t get paid - so a loss of around £50 which I can I’ll afford as I live alone. Having said that, the engineer was a very pleasant young man, who once he had travelled all the way to Harrogate to get the ‘bits’ needed for repair, did a very good job. So hoping I won’t need to call you out again, for a long while at least and will endeavour to have the boiler serviced annually. Kind regards Mrs Carol Mohan”

“Very prompt and efficient service. The engineer was very courteous and kept us informed of the situation. Would certainly recommend. Only criticism is that I have not yet received an invoice.”

“Thank you so much for being so prompt and thorough. James was superb - it was a huge bit of detective work with a number of separate faults across the heating system. We'd had plumbers, electricians and the man who put in the boiler all trying their best but nothing worked. The holistic approach and problem solving was very much appreciated and you are now on speed dial! (James was also very kind with my 88 year old Mum who has found the whole thing very stressful - not to mention cold!). I thoroughly recommend Plumbinforce.”

“The plumber did a very good job, and we now have a brand new tap which works. Unfortunately, my suggestion to the office that we needed a new tap was not passed on to the plumber, who had to go away and get one.”

“Polite staff when booking late in the day. The plumber came next day. Plumber was polite, smart and worked quickly to identify the problem. Only negative is that I was told I would receive a call approx 30-45 minutes prior to plumbers arrival. This didn't happen. Fortunately I was at home when the plumber arrived. Good service overall”
