I was pleased that you were able to come relatively quickly (and especially that you let me know you couldn't make the previous appointment). The young man who came was very pleasant and polite, and managed to get my hot water back on, and honestly warned me that it was a more expensive way of doing it. So I still need to get a spare part from solar suppliers, but would definitely use you again.

I booked a service and check-up for a Worcester Bosch system boiler. The original booking was running late, so I re-booked for the following day, and the engineer turned up early, before 9am, coming from Bristol to Gloucester. He was very knowledgeable, polite and quickly checked the boiler. Total cost of the service was under 100 pounds. Safety checks were also done and he recommended I get a CO alarm to place in the boiler room. Very good service which I can recommend.

Too expensive. Took two and a half hours to change a wall timer. Plus charge me £170 plus vat. Grand total £470 to change a wall timer that you can get for £60. Don't use them. In my opinion, deliberately go slow to run up the hours.

Your engineer Adam did a very professional job servicing the back boiler. Unfortunately as soon as he left the water tank suffered an implosion collapse! See photo.

Excellent service. Found shower leaking rang up at 8.14 by 10.30. Fitter hadfetched and fitted new shower.

Fast call out however the heating is still not working properly. Thermostat is turned all the way up and the boiler doesn’t come on.

Dave was a total professional from start to finish. I was kept informed and updated at all times. He was very helpful and gave me some good advice. Plumbing force was easy to deal with. After this service, I would definitely recommend them.

I called Plumbing Force because I believed a small bird had entered my house through my extractor fan and, somehow, ended up under my bath as that is where I could hear much flapping and fluttering. David Maxwell arrived on Friday morning and was very professional from the start. He removed my side bath panel, notifying me first that it could crack or break. It didn't. Then he shone a torch under the bath, and found no evidence of a bird. Nonetheless, this put my mind at rest. David Maxwell had good customer service skills, was patient and attentive to my explanation. He tidied up after replacing the side bath panel.

was quick and courtesy service, and the engineer did spot the faults which I already had guess, did offer to quote for the parts, but I declined as I felt it would be expensive, since I have found an engineer who knows the type of boiler and has repaired it, can't complain about the service, but it was expensive advice

The plumbing job was done very well but admin was poor. The plumber was booked to come on Thursday but Plumbingforce rang me at 16:50 on Wednesday to tell me the plumber would be arriving within the hour. I asked the caller to double-check, as I was not expecting the plumber till Thursday morning, and she did. However, no plumber arrived within the hour or at all that day. I rang Plumbingforce but they were unable to give me any information as it was by then out of office hours. I rang again the following morning and Plumbingforce apologised for what must have been an admin error. The plumber arrived on Thursday as originally booked, and did a great job.
