“Jeff recently did some work for my elderly mother. He gave us two quotes, one for a smaller job which he felt was a likely solution to the plumbing issue and a second should the need arise to carry out further work to solve the problem. I felt this was extremely kind on his behalf as he could’ve just given the second quote straight off. He was punctual, tidy and carried out the work with the minimum of fuss and disturbance. He even made my mum a cup of tea! Great job, thanks so much!”

“Call out was good to organise and engineer turned up in time slot given, unfortunately he did not call our office while on site as requested and left paperwork on site which caused us problems with our client. Had this not happened we would have given 5 stars.”

“Just fantastic we had been let down badly by local firm and your man came and did the job at a much better rate than we were originally quoted really nice young man the job was a bit tricky and he just got on with it and he did a lovely job so help full and knew his stuff would definitely use plumingforce again no problem .🤗😃”

“Very efficient and speedy response. Gordon, our engineer swiftly identified the problems with our Megaflo hot water system. Parts needed to be ordered and Gordon phoned first thing the following morning with the cost of the parts. An appointment was made for the following morning and the system was fully restored to working order. Gordon was very methodical, meticulous and thorough. Thoroughly recommended.”

“Very quick to come out and repair my boiler, same day! Mike was polite, efficient, very helpful and explained what he was doing and why at every stage and a tidy worker, everything was thoroughly checked on completion of work including other gas appliances! Having them back in September for annual service! Very impressed.”

“This company is a rip-off company that gets customers to pay for not doing their job. I called one of Plumbingforce engineers to replace my shower, the guy spent 30 minuets without doing the job and left a receipt for me to pay for nothing done. How fair is this and please those out there take note , trust these company at your own risk. He actually enter the wrong time as well , please can someone tell me if they can pay for no job done. I am very disappointed at this and would never recommend such a company rip-off to anyone and their customer services very very poor.”

“The worst company to ever book with! 3 times they’ve cancelled on us and the third time ‘Prince’ tried telling us they had called in the morning to say it was cancelled again! Which is a complete lie, I asked them to confirm the number and they didn’t even have the right number for us! Asked to speak to a manager they lie and say nobody’s there today, you don’t work in a call centre and have no manager available. Don’t book with them their a complete waste of time and don’t have a clue what their doing!”

“I have a dripping tap in the kitchen. The most standard of all taps, the fully fitted kitchen done by the builders in a house built 2 years ago. Nothing fancy, just a regular water tap in the kitchen sink. I called plumbingforce for this, they took GBP 96 (79.99 + VAT) upfront from my card, said it is a minimum charge for 1 hour of work. The service man arrived, said he doesn't have a necessary part on him, but can offer to try to fit a different one that he has. I think I should have become suspicious at this point but I said yes why not. Basically he "tried to fit another part", said "NO, it didn't fit", and left with a bill for his work and a bill for the detail. IN the END: I still have a dripping water tap, and the company says I have to pay again at the same rate if I want the engineer to come again! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM I am charged ~100 pounds to learn that the guy doesn't have a correct part! WHAT?! These guys are beyond the level of trickery I expected”
