“Agent/Dispatch kept us reassuringly informed regarding arrival time. Sam turned up within the stated time bracket. He quickly and efficiently got started and completed the task of a full kitchen tap replacement which when finished he tested and gave additional advice. “Tony arrived promptly and acted quickly to stop the leak from pipe in the garden. He explained the cause of the problem. He did a temporary repair as requested and gave me info on a more permanent solution at a later date. I will be happy to use Plumbing Force to do the further work necessary. He was very helpful and friendly as was the lady on the phone when I contacted the company.”
