“The process was misleading. I placed a multi-product order with this company because of the specific 'in stock 2-day delivery' date, and on that date the order didn't arrive. I checked the email confirmation only to discover the order was on hold as one item was now out of stock, and thus the entire delivery was on hold until I confirmed my intentions. Once I confirmed to go ahead with the rest of the order, it took a further week to arrive. My plumbers were there unable to install. I wish I had gone just gone to Wicks.”
“The product was excellent and a good price with prompt delivery. However the delivery company left a lot to be desired. The driver did not help by not replying to my message about time of delivery. He then turned up unexpectedly, never even spoke and put the heavy item at the end of my drive and drove off. The package clearly said it needed two people to carry it and as I am 75 yrs old I really struggled to move it myself always fearing I would drop it and damage it. Poor delivery company”

“As much as we all want our orders, at a realy good price, free delivery and in perfect condition life is not like that. Sometimes it is how you deal with things when they go wrong that define you. Unfortunately one of our items was broken, not great, but nobodies fault. We contacted your company, and the matter was resolved in minutes, very satisfactorily I hasten to add.
