“Absolute robbery of a site. Can't withdraw until you've wagered 3x deposit. Minimum withdrawal is £100. Tried to withdraw over £200 and it was rejected. They then paid it back into my account and it was classed as a deposit so had to wager 3x that to attempt to withdraw again. You then get no payouts so lose it all. Thought this was a one time thing but isn't. Entire site is a scam, avoid at all costs.”

“Customer service is terrible. The games are terrible. The payouts are terrible. Don't even get me started on the withdrawals! They make it very simple to deposit funds through your bank or Phone bill but when it comes to actually withdrawing anything then be prepared to go through a stressful process, not just on your first withdrawal either... every single 1. It took me hours of contacting customer service/ sending documents then back again speaking to customer service then they have to phone you. I am a member of a few gambling sites and this is by far the worse, so I would avoid this company and definitely will not recommend.”

“What an absolute shambles of a site..I went yo withdraw 100 quid on the 16th December 22 and only just got my money today 17th Jan 23 ....take your money and don't want to pay out .DO NOT USE THIS SITE .asking for bank statements and ringing me asking who has been putting money in my bank. Nothing to do with them and then waiting . Going round in circles. DONT USE THIS SITE”

“I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve read so many reviews about PocketWin not paying out winnings and they are TRUE!! I’ll leave a review on every site so they don’t scam other people. Withdrew some winnings and they said it will be in my account within 1 working day after they asked me for proof of absolutely everything, it was finally okay. They have now banned my account and will now send my winnings.”

“Dont pay out. Use every excuse not to pay winnings. Robbing thieves. Stay clear dont spend your money here you wont get your winnings no matter how much documents you send them. They use this method not to pay up. It's nothing to do with security or money laundering they know your genuine just excuse after excuse not to pay up. Oh and the reason your in a queue on the phone is because theres that many people trying to get though to them for their winnings. Appsolute joke of a site. The gambling commission should seriously shut them down an be taken to court for defrauding the public.”

“On 8/3/2022 I won £180, it’s now 17/03/2022 and I’m still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed, this is apparently b cause account is under review! No explanation as to why or how much longer I have to wait. I’ve deposited lots of money and already had £20 from another win deposited into my bank! You have my phone bill and passport as ID verification. So…. What’s the problem???”

“Don't want to pay out not even anything under 100 The sister sites mfortune and Mr spin are just as bad Make up new identity processes Say your documents have been accepted then say they havent and send them again ... sent over 20 documents of id address utitly bills ect and accepted and them asked for them again Complaints section don't do anything just apologise and repeat the same thing id avoid as you'll just waste money”

“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This company will do everything they can to avoid paying you! I won £2000 on one of their slot machines and requested a withdrawal on 21/12/2021. I’d had an account with them for quite a while and had previously suffered from their ridiculous identification system when I’d requested a large withdrawal 6 months earlier so presumed that this time as I’d already provided them with everything that they had asked for (and they had approved it) that my withdrawal request would be quick and painless. NO. They asked me for further identification including: bank statements, secondary bank statements, proof of earnings and a copy of an invoice proving that I had done some work for a person that had paid money into my account. I provided them with everything that they requested and then they came back and asked me for a more up to date bank statement up to the 24/12 (the date was the 28/12 and my bank statements come out on the 9th of every month - I had provided them with a statement up to the 9/12), clearly this was a delaying technique but I managed to provide them with a pdf of a transaction list off of my online banking account which I emailed over to them and they approved. I had a telephone conversation with them discussing payments in and out of my bank account and I gave them everything but I still to this date (16/1/2022) have not been paid. They have banned my account and have gone quiet. I have lodged a complaint with them but have heard nothing!! Please just send me my money!! ONLINE GAMERS / GAMBLERS AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! Customer service department are friendly enough but have absolutely no knowledge of what’s happening with your account so are as useful as a chocolate teapot. It’s the banking department that knows what is happening with your withdrawals but they will not speak to anyone on the telephone!! What a waste of space.”

“Good luck trying to get your money, twice they have made me battle for it. When you win they ask you to text them a few day later (cost you money) then they call you back (cost you money) then want details you have already submitted to them. This happened twice! Out of 2 times. From a personal experience I’d say avoid this app.”
