i ordered something in may of 2022 and it hadn’t been dispatched for 3 months so i cancelled and was even refused a refund, despite already paying for the order.

Terrible company.will never order again . Was told order would be here by a specific date. Wasn't. Got in contact only to be told it's taking longer as it's coming from California. Well I'm sure they must know where their products are coming from . Should not give dates in that case. Poorly ran company to say the least . Very disappointed child who had wanted to give this as a birthday gift. Too late now

Horrific customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM!! I had spent a lot of money purchasing a good many funko pops and a year and a half later the order is not complete. Pre-ordered pops will not come through. I had a pop cancelled and when I contacted them about a refund, they kept pushing it off, basically fobbing me off. Still not received may I add. They have a ‘no payment taken until dispatch policy’ which is absolute nonsense as I was charged in full and had to provide bank statements to prove. Wish I read the reviews, truly a scam.

Websites run by broke scammers. Ordered Ja morant months ago, demanded a refund. Was promised 5 business days and havent received anything.

Never ever preorder from them all they do is leave you in the dark and push your order far in the future. I ordered a pop 4 months ago and just recived an email that its not coming till November now I'm livid

Bought a hellboy and it is definitely 100% pre owned old dirty creases, food stains on the front of the box. Will not be ordering from here again

This last experience is the last straw and I am taking my regular business elsewhere. So here's what happened: 1. Order placed for 4 Funko's 2. Dispatched from USA 3. No updates for 17 days 4. Yodel are the UK designated delivery partner. 5. Yodel have no idea about this parcel(it's probably still in UK customs). 6. Contact to Popinabox - told to wait longer. 7. When prompted 2nd agent raised to 'thr courier team'. No response in promised timeframe. 8. Finally agreed items are lost 20 days after posting. Offered refund. 9. Refund accepted but asked for compensation as this is not the first time. 10. Refund sent but completely ignored request for compensation with clearly templated response. 11. After complaining again offered £5 gw gesture. However find out the refund that morning cleared minus the delivery cost!!!! 12. Refuse £5 gw and requested £3.99 delivery costs to be refunded again. 2nd request for manager contact and/or official complaints process. 13. Templated response from Wonga about only the refund. Completely ignoring complaints/escalation request. 14.Taylor 'discusses' with his manager to offer £10 gw credit. Declined and advised to close case and I will do my business elsewhere. 15. Finally Kessy says she is passing this case to the Customer Relations Team and they will be in touch within 2 working days. That was 12th July. They have not been. In short if your items go through smoothly at customs you may never experience this. However having used this company many times in the past I can say for sure if and when something goes wrong for a regular purchaser, having to deal with their customer service like dealing is an Olympic Gold winning team for incompetence. To pay your staff to ignore what a person writes and send back templates is shame on you popinabox.co.uk . You need to get better trainers in and improve your complaints policy. Shambles!!

I tried to cancel and said I couldn’t cancel literally tried to cancel within 2 hours or less and wouldn’t let me so I emailed them and pretty much said it was too late! When I looked at my order number my pop hasn’t even been shipped out yet I will never buy from here again they just want to take your money. The reason I wanted it canceled because I heard so many reviews of them Being damaged

I wish it could be zero, this company is terrible, i am waiting for a year with no answer for my 3 orders placed on May & June 2021. no way of contact them. Not longer a member this is just unacceptable .

Terrible service. Placed a pre-order and four months after the release date I still hadn't received the items. They explained that this was because suppliers some times put back release dates. The release date had passed and the items were in all other shops and had been for months. I cancelled my order after picking up the items in my local supermarket at a lower price! Not what is expected from a supposedly specialist shop.

This was my first time ordering here. I contacted them several times about my Venom Throne Pop order. I understand the Pop was delayed, but no one was able to give me a clear answer on the status of my order or if I would ever receive it. No one knew what was happening and everyone I contacted seemed more lost than I was. I didn’t know if I would ever get the product, what the new release date was, and when would be order be shipped. I saw many people had received theirs online and I also sadly saw others had their orders cancelled because there was not enough stock. This made me very nervous especially since I was charged a couple weeks prior. I contacted again and customer service told me they would contact me once they knew what was happening with my order when they got word from their warehouse, but of course they never did. I left again with 0 answers. I don’t understand what is the point of contacting for help when no one knows what’s going on. I’ve never been so lost ordering a collectible and this is coming from a 10 year collector. Usually, companies are able to inform me with a status update when I contact them. Even companies from outside the US have given me these updates. In the end, it finally arrived unexpectedly, but it wasn’t worth the frustration I experienced ordering here. I attached a couple of the emails.

I will never buy anything from this company again. I received 2 pops that I had pre-ordered a year ago, I tried to cancel with no success. Both pops came damaged. No phone number to talk to anyone in person. When I received a reply, they offered me a 15% discount if I wanted to keep the pops. What an insult!!!! I was then told if I wanted to return the pops for a refund I would have to pay for the postage to Poland and then receive a refund on my postage when they receive the pops. The worst company, they deserve all the negative reviews!

To whom it may concern, my husband just placed an order from you guy over $100 worth of Funko pops and only 1 came in good shape. You guys don’t have any way of contact your company with concerns after spending a ton of money. After much research I see that you guys DO NOT HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION on you shipping and many many customers have reported you guys to the BBB as so will I. Plus give you a REALLY BAD REVIEW. Why be in the Funko Pop business with you have can careless about your boxes integrity? I will be contacting whoever I need to u til we get a FULL REFUND. Everyone I’ve asked about “Pop in a Broken Box” has told me they same thing about what a horrible experience. You guys literally put ONE Piece of packing paper which comes to show how much you guys care about the integrity of your product. This is NOT USPS TO BLAME.

Made an order last february that included a Venom with date of release 4 april. Never get it. They changed to 5 may and now it says out of stock. They even joke saying that I can buy elsewhere when I already paid them 2 months ago. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and I have a child asking me everyday for his Venom. This company doesn't know how to manage expectations and are selling stuff they don't have. I will never buy from it again and I will try to contact some authorities about this scam!

Absolutely terrible service and communication from this company I ordered the product in December of last year well in advance for the release date. Was told I would have this in first week of March and it’s now 6th April and nothing I have chased and emailed and nothing ! This was for a birthday present. I’m still waiting for the product now but due to the lack of response I feel the need to warn others. Please avoid Update! I have still not received my item that should have been here the first week of March. I Would have been better off ordering from a company who was upfront and stating you would be on a waiting list. What is the point in pre ordering 3 months in advance ? They have contacted me to offer me a £10 voucher that expires in 6 months lol I wouldn’t even get it in that time if I ordered it ! What makes them think I would use them again I haven’t received the first thing I ordered. I would like a full refund please Update so after ordering this in December for delivery in March it is now 27/4/22 and still no sign of the product, I have now received a full refund with no explanation. Please please please do not use this company they are shocking and a con your better off ordering from other places or even waiting for the shops, in the end I got this from eBay lol

Horrible. After a YEAR AND A HALF I'm stilly trying to get them to cancel my order and refund me, but I'm getting nowhere. Stay away from them, especially the preorder items because they have no intentions of selling them.

Pre orders never come through. Site says they’re still awaiting shipment. In all 3 of my preorder experiences I’ve found the pop elsewhere. Avoid this company or expect complete disappointment.

I preorderd a pop in January 2022 for my sister-in-law as a gift the pop went through I paid for the item it came out my bank then they messaged me a month and a bit after and said that the item was out of stock I'm very disappointed and now I'm getting told there has been no refund processed don't buy from here
