“Love Poppy’s Picnic. We have been customer’s for about 3 years now and I can’t fault the quality of the product or at least my boy never complains who can sometimes be very fussy about what he eats. Also the customer service is second to none. Every time I have to change something with my delivery (which happens a lot) The people on the other end of the phone or email are always brilliant. Thanks 😊”

“I ordered some of this food because it looked like it had been made with schnauzers in mind. It has been made with the health of all dogs in mind. The web site and ease of ordering was good and user friendly. The customer care and response when I had a few questions was very good. The delivery was very quick and well packaged. The food; It comes in nice plastic trays just like mince you buy from the shop. It defrosted well with almost no water in the tray. The texture was rough enough for it to look like dog food and not paste. This is a bit important to me because bearded dogs get more paste on their face than other dogs. I also like to think the courser texture is better for their teeth. The dogs have been on raw food for 7 yrs now so there was no transition period to the new food. They love food and this was no exception wolfed down and clean plates. I will be buying this food again. I'm nearly vegan so handling meat and blood coloured water is a trial for me but the packaging and almost no residual water was much better. Thank you Poppy and friends for a natural food for my special wee boy.”

“My two king charles spaniels devour the food. My younger one (2 yrs) does somersaults.. my older dog (10 yrs) also enjoys it and I feel better knowing it is all proper and distinguishable ingredients as apposed the dry, albeit expensive that were just brown pellets. They both are super healthy and their poops are so small now compared to before.”

“First time ordered and ordering was easy and delivered very well packaged. Food looks good and delicious but it’s taking my fussy two longer than I thought to take to it , they sniff it and walk away then eventually eat it and in the end they are licking the empty bowl looking for more !!! I was so excited first time thinking they were going to dive straight in like the other dogs I’d seen reviews on but no still the same a week on just no excitement from them .”

“Delivery is excellent and always reliable. My Toy Poodle is the fussiest eater I've come across in the canine world, but he is currently loving the Chicken and Beef varieties, especially the Meat Balls. Long may his enjoyment continue!”

“Dinners are Brill and as described. I do supplement with raw meals of my own as it is expensive to feed a 25 kg dog exclusively on poppy's picnic. I have mentioned packaging previously. We have had frozen deliveries of meat for us humans on a sort of enforced cardboard, would there be problems for you doing the same. It gives me peace of mind to know that a proportion of my poppy's diet has been carefully thought out by people who know what they are doing!!!”

“We have tried many different raw dog foods without success-after a while our Stabyhoun has gone off each of them and refused to eat.We are thrilled to have found Poppy’s Picnic as our puppy absolutely loves all of the flavours and happily finishes every mouthful! She looks very healthy and has a beautiful glossy coat. Ordering is very easy and delivery is fast and reliable.Staff are extremely helpful in sorting out any queries.An excellent quality product!”

“OMG what a difference!!!!. Teddy now cannot wait for her food and it does not last more than 2 mins in her bowl!!! Absolutely thrilled with both the product and the service. Lady I spoke with was absolutely lovely and so understanding dealing with me the novice lol. Teddy loved her treats and now tie....she posted it on Instagram she loved them so much. So glad I made the change for her. Will not go back now. Highly recommend!!!! X”

“As always, easy to order, customer service excellent. However the crowning glory of Poppy’s Picnic is that Milo and Harry the Havanese just cannot get enough. Be it the new turkey complete, enhanced beef, lamb or their very favourite (by a woof) is venison and duck. Never anything left in either bowl but they check each other’s just in case!”
