“Thrilled to bits with my tiles! Arrived well packed and all in tact. Couldn't find these tiles anywhere else in the UK so I'm so glad I found porcelain superstore. I also had several exchanges with one of the team with various questions i had about the items and had responses within 24hrs every time. Great!”

“I had a number of issues, but throughout the process they were very easy to communicate too and helped me a lot. Their customer service is one of the best I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend this company!”

“We are delighted with the tiles and it was easy to navigate the website. However the tile calculator is off. We ordered a patterned tile and the tile calculator didnt seem to factor this in. The tiles need to be cut and therefore we have had to place a subsequent order for tiles, and have incured the further delviery charges. Very frustrating”

“I bought £104 worth of tiles with a £30 delivery charge I tried to return the tiles but am being charged another £60 to return them that's £90 I've spent for delvery and return without any tiles good way to treat your customers the man I spoke to at there office said I could drive from Glasgow to southport to return them for free ????????????”

“I recently bought lovely tiles from porcelain superstore, for my hall and kitchen, I had trouble deciding what tiles to go for and found the young girl who works there to be very helpful, she showed me a few tiles which I would not have thought of and I am delighted with them, so much that I went back and picked tiles for my bathroom.”

“Lovely user friendly website. Queries dealt with almost immediately. One tile was broken on arrival but I'd ordered 2 extra just in case - used to work for a bathroom company so I knew it was unavoidable! Great price and beautiful designs, thank you!”

“I received the tiles in good order and well packed. Through illness, I have only just started laying them in the kitchen/diner room. The room is split into two, the kitchen took the longest because of access. I did alter and refine the way I laid them and gapped them at 3mm and not 2mm stated on the box. The tiles were good and robust to handle. Planning and prep were very important as I did not have a lot of lee way to play with. The tiles fooled some people who thought it was wood. I would use them again the same said for Porcelain Superstore, so far I am very pleased.”

“I bought tile for the whole of the ground floor for my home and 4 bathrooms. Excellent very good quality tiles and a great price. I neede tobryleturn some tile. Experienced no issues with returns. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely by from them again.”

“Really good place to buy tiles - prices are good, choice excellent and service friendly and efficient - generally... Couple of slight niggles meant they didn't get five stars. Firstly, I emailed with a query about adhesive and grout - and they didn't get back to me - so have just emailed again. Other gripe is that if you want to phone them it is an 0845 number - so very expensive for customer. But these minor problems should not put anyone off dealing with this excellent company and getting their tiles quickly and at a very competitive price. -”

“After ordering samples of every single wood-effect floor tile in the world, we finally settled on the Woodland Pale from Porcelain Superstore. Ordering was simple, the tiles arrived when they said they would, and they look great! The tiler was also really impressed with the quality of the tiles and the wood grain effect.”
