“The staff was great and customer service, turn around time was very good. I would have given five stars but I expected grommets all across the top of my banner...not sure what happened there... the picture showed on the page showed it that way and I ordered with grommets...there were only four (one in each corner) the banner just doesn't hang as well that way... otherwise I am very pleased with my product.”

“I ordered the banner stand 1 and 1/2 weeks before the event. I was told that it would not be delivered until the start day of the event, which I was fine with - paying the necessary upgrade in shipping in order to make it there in time. Well, after being told it would ship and arrive day-of the event starting, it never appeared. The whole show began and ended without seeing the banner. I then called them to discover it didn't even go out when they told me it would. They then shipped it that day and arrived the following day. Two days past the end of the event it was needed for. If ordering again, I would make sure I have 3 weeks of lead-time.”

“I placed my order on August 4th (20 days ago) and when I track my order it states the status of the order is "Processing". I have received no notification indicating that the items are on back order or any other information. Now I get a survey request. I am so fed up with these surveys. If companies understood what good customer service is we wouldn't need all of these surveys.”

“We, Payroll Vault, recently placed an order for the first time with this PostUp Stand and we had an excellent experience. PostUp Stand's customer service Team was very responsive. While performing our due diligence, I made several calls for questions about the product that I could not locate the information for,and each time, someone picked up the phone and answered. If they couldn't find the answer right then, which I believe was only once, they promptly followed up with the information. The sales process was easy. The artwork upload process was easy. They addressed all questions, concerns, and were always nice and pleasant. The product arrived and the graphics are beautiful! The backlit column is very easy to construct - easy enough for one, but better with two. “Sign look great. I was surprised to see that the larger sign , 2 - 6 foot corrugated opening was on the end of the sign instead of the bottom - so that I can use stands to insert in and put in ground ( as with other smaller yard signs) I have to figure out a way to display sign outside.”

“The overall experience was outstanding, but with concerns. PostUpStand's order, design and shipping process was great. The actual product is very nice, with one exception. I purchased four (4) I000892's 24' x 80" floor stands and four (4) of I002547 11.75' x 21" table top stands. The graphics are great, however after two uses, the table top signs have difficulties retracting back into the stand. It's as though the spring/coil looses it's ability to retract the sign. This is a bit concerning.”

“The replacement shade I ordered was good quality. In an online chat to confirm specs, the CSR stated an incorrect banner material - good thing I noticed the error. Even though I am fairly handy, replacement was difficult. I would not recommend self replacement except for sign shop or comparable personnel. Send it in instead. Shipping was fast and again, print quality good. As with any pull-up shade, be careful to keep graphic centered as it retracts else you will mar the print. -- edit to respond to Post Up Stand's reply: No video was provided or mentioned, and at the time of assembly, my thorough search did not uncover one on the website or YouTube channel. If one exists, it could certainly be more accessible.”
