Elderly woman in the po at crown post office Inverness who serves on counter but isn't po employee she put wrong amount on payments made and refused to refund the incorrect amount so have emailed post office to ask what to do where they have ignored request so she also had attitude in front of customers which was embarrassing why is it that she can't give the funds back when it's her who can't listen proper because of age this is annoying as what if she does this to vulnerable people be warned scam could be within crown post office Inverness

Newton poppleford The lady was so helpful, advised I sent my passport special delivery, explaining I could use the Royal Mail website to check it had arrived. It arrived the next day as she promised, Thank you

Westover Sorting Office. I was out when it was deliverd. Our regular postman is on holiday, the relief postman took it back to the sorting office. I went to collect it - a round trip of 10 miles. The office was closed. Only opens 8-10am. Whihc is Not what it says on its website. Today Saturday - it says it is open till 12.000. But I don't trust it so tried to ring Customer Services to check. They will "answer me as soon as they can" but it has been 20 minutes already and even if the office was open I now won't have time to get there . In the meantime yesterday, I saw the postman in the street and he said he would redeliver it todas " if he remembered". Well he obviously didn't remember. It is now nearly midday and I don't think there has even been a delivery today and certainly won't be one as late as this on a Saturday. We have a very good service when our refular postman is on duty. As soon as he isn't, it all goes to pot.Lousy service. I would give it no stars at all if I could. You can't call anybody, you can't talk to anybody. They have us over a barrel with nothing but online communication. I know there is absolutely no point in writing this but it makes me feel better. The blame is Covid, of course, although it was awful before Covid was ever heard of but that will be the excuse for the next 20 years.

post Office, Wednesfield High Street, i went in 29/9/21 and asked about renewing my passport, young lady behind counter said if you've got your passport we can do it right now for you it will be done digitally and sent away to passport office . she explained the process and even helped with the photo booth, and took payment on my credit card, all done within 15 minutes. fantastic service and very very helpfull, i've now had a txt off passport office telling me that my application has been approved and my passport is being dispatced to me as soon as possable , all this in less than 3 weeks, brilliant 12/10/21, yours Mr S Turner

What a shower of crooks. Having looked at the exchange rates for euros on the post office website (which offers a service whereby you collect the currency at your local post office)I went along directly to my local post office and bought euros. On returning home I realised that £500 at the Post Office had only got me 540 euros as opposed to the 570 euros figure advertised on the post office website. When I queried this with the post office "customer care" team I was advised that post offices can apply whatever exchange rates they wish. Had I ordered £500 worh of euros online for collection at the same post office I would have received 570 euros when I collected it at the post office but because I went into the post office and ordered it, they were at liberty to apply whatever exchange rate they wished. There is this no link between the exchange rates published on the post office website and the exchange rates applied within post office. Get the logic there? the logic is to screw you, Low life. Boycott them

The worst service I have ever received in my life. Having now given up on the Post Office's complaints resolution and appeals service and gotten absolutely no where it's finally time to start leaving this branch the one star reviews that they deserve. If you have a bad time within one of their branches, don't expect much of a response from them- even if, like I have, you do all the legwork for them by processing a Subject Access Request and gaining the CCTV of the incident you're complaining about. It's difficult to write this review without getting angry whilst thinking on the attitude of the male assistant which works in the branch. Lazy, incompetant, aggressive, ignorant are only some of the words I could use to describe him. If you're going to use this branch, really do try to avoid him. Just a nasty peice of work and when they don't get their own way, they'll send letters to your address (which they have breached Data Protection laws gaining) Unbelievably bad service. Avoid at all costs.

My Contract with them was until 17th August and they cancelled it early. I called customer service and they were rude and could not explain the reason clearly. Their customer service is not even worth 1*.

You ring something to have redelivered and the robot or machine what ever it is malfunctions and give you the wrong address about 20 times 😡😠🤬 somewhere up Scotland when you live in bloody Manchester and you say the right address clear enough we all can't talk like the queen the machine or robot wants to be melt down and turn into a post van because they bloody break down as well about time these managers started spending more money instead of playing on golf courses all day long playing the millionaire

Lost yet another parcel which had my return address on. Not feeling any care with Royal Mail at all. have to to 30 days before i can complain just a so long process losing money have to refund customers Royal Mail do not look after thier customers at all ..Started to you Hermes where every parcel is Tracked and 1ts 44p cheaper than Royal Mail and they have never once lost a parcel recommended them to all my friens and family

DELIVERY MAN DELIVERED TO THE WRONG PERSON ( Signature parcel!!!) I have received a text today from post office saying " Your item is coming today. If nobody's home, we'll leave it at your address - as long as there's a safe place. Tracking details: https://mypo.st/Y_79I2N3kDU." So I have stayed home all morning waiting for my parcel. Around 9:39am I received a text saying my parcel has been delivered which I still haven't received so I called my nearest post office and was told to call customer service because they can't do anything about it. The staff who delivered my parcel works at my nearest post office. I was also told my parcel has been signed under a different signature and different name. Called customer service and spoke to Jacinta and was told someone will give me a call and was told they'll investigate and gave me a case number. They could have sent someone back to the location to get my parcel back TODAY because my parcel could have been opened by now by someone else. This matter should be treated as urgent on the day and the only way to save my parcel is only today. The staff who has wrongly delivered my parcel needs to be evaluated by the company. My parcel is expensive which required signature, how can he make this mistake?!?! What will happen now??? I still haven't received any calls or email from anyone. I no longer feel like there is a chance I can get my parcel back and this is all the delivery man's fault!!! It took me more than 1 month to wait for this parcel and in my parcel there are multiple gifts from different friends. What horrible service! You guys could have given me atleast the person's house number so I could have gotten it back myself but no you can't dispose information. WOW, so what will happen now???

OMG What a diabolical company - I have had to resort to getting the financial ombudsman involved! I opened a Post Office Savings Account back in January 2021 and have been depositing into the account since opening. The last deposit was made 09/03/21 I have had no problems depositing money into the account, however when I tried to withdraw I was unable to do so. I called their helpline and was told that a block has been put on my account and that I needed to speak to their security team. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes and had to get back to work. I called again the next day and asked "if my account is blocked why have you been accepting my deposits"? The customer service adviser couldnt answer this and placed me on hold whilst waiting to speak to the Security team. Again I was placed on hold for over an hour. I called again today and told the customer services that I wish to close my account immediately and have my balance transfered to my linked account (which they have taken direct debits from). I was told they couldnt do this and again I was placed on hold for just over 20 minutes then to be told the security department is now closed. I do not recommend using the Post Office Money at all.

I was very impressed with the Post office this week and would like to congratulate them on an excellent service. Due to Covid Tier 4 restrictions, I had to send christmas stuff to Sleaford from Flitwick. I parcelled my items and put second class postage on them and posted the parcels on Monday 21st December 2020 and they arrived in Sleaford at my son's address on Wednesday 23rd December. I was very impressed by the excellent service especially in these very difficult times.
