I returned the form and receipts for a refund on a tracked lost package, and it appears that also got lost! Have rang the customer service number several times, each time it cuts me off.

Ordered an item online which was sent via Royal Mail; as it didn't arrive, the seller kindly sent a replacement. Eventually, the original order, very much eventually, turned up followed by the replacement item. I informed the seller and offered to return one of the two identical items. The postage charged to send each identical parcel to me, second class large letter, was in each case £1.55; returning one parcel, second class large letter, no change in weight, packaging or dimensions cost me £2.60 at my local post office. Hmmm! Delay, inconvenience and overcharged. Really doesn't pay to try and do the right thing.

The postman attempted to deliver my parcel unsuccessfully twice and then asked for me to decide what to do with redelivery. As I knew I would be off on a Saturday, I requested the parcel be left at the post office for collection. On my arrival, I was told that their machine was broken and an engineer was fixing it and to come back later. I asked why I couldn’t leave the calling card and take my parcel and then make a note of it and was told “It has to be scanned”. I went back again 4 hours later and a sign said “Post Office not working” and was told there was no timescale for a fix. Again I asked why I couldn’t take my parcel and leave the proof I had that it was mine. Surely there should be a policy in place or standard operating procedure in place to give out parcels when technology isn’t working? What did you used to do before scanners and technology?!? It’s just ridiculous that I can’t have my parcel which I’ve been waiting all week for and will now roll into next week. It was a present for Christmas, so it’s hardly time critical anymore but it’s frustrating none the less.

Used website to bring out label to pick up parcel postman did not have the label to put on the parcel. What’s the point of having a website saying they can do this and then they can’t and then trying to get them to do it? The post office is a joke.

You are sorry that that I’m experiencing bad postage when sometimes we get our post at 4pm and even later is the stagecoach been held up maybe be you could try using Cary pigeons it couldn’t be any worse then when we do get the post it isn’t ours, I don’t think there could be a worse experience they can’t even read no junk mail maybe you should give them reading lessons

I have a redirection on. As I am staying with a friend while I recover, I am getting my mail on a monthly basis and am missing appointments because of it. They are delivering to this address anyway so why can’t they deliver mine, or do they like a nice bundle before they do

Hard to believe good reviews for post office doing it's job,a few years ago post office lost all the documents I sent recorded. Now I have just paid £ 9.65 for international tracked and signed for personal irreplaceable documents that look like they have gone missing taking more than week for 3 day post. It is the worst service ever. I will never use them again or forgive them.

Coco at the Madison St post office needs to be fired! Unreasonably rude to customers and terrible attitude, cancels appointments and gives no customer notice. Never will return to this office ever again.

I have 4 SB accounts and 4 RD accounts of my family members in Ithalar Post Office, Near Ooty, The Nilgiris. When I visit last 3 times, I am treated very worst and badly by the Staff named Vikashini. That is the not a right way to treat customer at all. May Authority persons of Post Office Dept. look in to the matter and do the needful? Staff contact no. 8903384491. That why I am going to close all my a/cs and share this to all.

Made a complaint in Feb 24, now June 24 and no response. Staff on twitter lied when I highlighted this and exclaimed " we respond to all complaints ". Why would you lie like that? Then more recently I was scammed by the creepy straw-haired Asian woman at the streatham branch. B*tch got more front that Southend. She charged me for a whole pack of envelopes when I only bought 1. Stole my money by refusing to rectify her mistake. Told me there was no one I could complain to. Say what? Wonder how much she makes on the side scamming people. I now refuse to be served by her, let others go ahead of me so I can end up at a different desk because I can't afford to be robbed again. Spoken to others in the queue and evidently she is well known for stealing from customers. Nasty woman with bizarre hair. Looks like she tortures it daily.

Rude asian women in hijab, always arguing with customers. Kept me waiting whilst people were jumping queue. No explanation and no apology given. When i asked her why she ignored me she became aggressive.

Discussing behaviour of the post office stuff. They criminals, scammers and their old way of working in the modern world is rather disappointing and imbaresing. Anybody working for such company should be ashamed of themselves.

Catchgate post office sucks wepesented them with prepaid special parcel but they wanted to charge. Went to Stanley who accepted no problem

I was informed a tracked item would be delivered yesterday so I had to wait home. By 11.35am I had to go out and they came 11.43am an left a card, stating delivery today so I have to cancel other stuff and wait. 12.35pm now and not here! Just called and eventually spoke to someone who said it might arrive anytime up to 7.30pm! I said I cannot stay home all day and was told I can collect it another day…from the depot on the opposite side of town, or schedule another day but they will not give a time slot. The Post Office is useless and deserves to go out of business.

The most totally useless postal service in the UK, they can't even deliver a 24hr tracked parcel within the 24hr period & they charge us enough for it, they never accept responsibility for their abismal 'service' all they do is lie in any response they give "if they can be bothered to reply" a complete disgrace!!

This post office 111th harlem worth is terrible i've been going there for 10 years now all of a sudden we can't bring more than five packages to them if im not from Worth. it's crazy the Oaklawn post office is just as bad
