“I ordered two locket prints online with post snap, then soon realised I'd made a mistake. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone, unfortunately I cannot recall his name! However he was so helpful, and guided me over the phone with how to make a new, correct order, and amended the original. The prints then arrived a few days later and they fit perfectly in my locket. I will certainly use them again and highly recommend them!”

“We needed something quite specific printed for a diorama background and postsnap delivered very professionally and very quickly indeed. The photographs arrived very well packaged and labelled. “I ordered retro prints. PostSnap’s website is easy to use and the photo print product range is the largest I’ve seen online. Customer services contacted me on a Sunday to help clarify the best print size for my needs - that’s such great service. “First class service and exceptional product quality. I wanted photocards/polaroids to include with gifts. Impossible to source because of the specific size, style, format. I came across the site over the w/e and could not believe it was offering exactly what I wanted. The site was a dream to navigate and use. I ordered 20+ bundle Sunday evening and they arrived Thursday morning. Marvellous. Quality far exceeded my expectations. Matte finish is amazing and paper quality superb. They are so cute, I now have a zillion ideas for future needs. Price point spot on. I know all reviews say ‘would recommend’ and ‘I will use again’ , but it’s true, and I will. Jules Ps. I didn’t need Customer Service on this occasion, but get the distinct impression that if I did … it would have been brilliant!”

“Excellent service with great quality prints at brilliant prices. I had been looking around for a while but glad I went with PostSnap. The editing tool is a brilliant addition enabling customers to add texts and colours. Being able to review all pictures before ordering was also a massive bonus to check for any errors. I ordered 62 Polaroids for our wedding table plan and couldn’t be happier with them. Overall a fabulous and friendly service that I highly recommend. Thank you.”

“Amazing customer service and beautiful products. I bought 100+ small square photos (with white border) and I’m really happy with the quality and finish. The customer service team double checked the image quality with me before printing, as well as the cropping. They also upgraded my delivery so I received the photos next day. I will definitely be using this family-run business again. Attention to detail is so important! Thanks again.”

“I wanted a black and white photo that could be delivered to my house. I found Postsnap and I was impressed with their range of products. The website was easy to use and the prices very reasonable. “Great company and service! The print quality was fantastic. As I had placed a large print order, they were very professional and personally got in touch to ensure I’m happy with the cropping and quality of all my pictures. They even sent some high res pictures to quality check. My order was delivered on time. The best thing was that they followed-up every step of the way and really made it feel like a personal service. “I wanted an 8inch by 8inch black and white print of one of photos from a trip to Italy.. It's always difficult to know how black and white will come out. However, this was exactly as pictured (lol), delivered quicker than expected and we'll packaged. Will use this service again.”
