“The dumbbells seem very well made. Once I had adjusted them a few times, the process became quick and easy. I hope they are as durable as they appear. PowerBlock is not the cheapest dumbbell on the market, but if mine are as durable as other customers say they are, they will be worth the price.”

“We love the PowerBlock products. I bought my son the initial Pro EXP Dumbbell 50lb set and stand when he moved away for college. The quality of the product is excellent and the stand design is great. This year for Christmas he asked for the Stage 2 expansion to increase them to 70lbs. He hasn’t opened them yet but I have every confidence they will be fantastic! Oh, and I bought the weighted jump rope. Excited about that too! My interaction with the site was easy and fast, and my shipping updates and tracking was smooth. Very happy with the product and service provided. Thanks and Happy Holidays!”

“The website is easy to browse, order and has simple product explanations. Customer service responds quickly. I have an original pair of U-50 powerblocks and I believe they still honor their lifetime warranty. High quality products and company backing them.”

“You get back much more than what you pay for. Built like a tank, these dumbbells will last forever. There's no flaus in the switching mechanism. I'm happy I decided to buy powerblocks. I got the elite USA with knurled grip version by the way.”

“I had been looking to get a set of adjustable dumbbells for quite a while. I had always head good things about the brand. I decided to give them a try and have loved them. Had friends come over to work out in my home gym and they have all been equally impressed. The knurled grip really adds a nice quality to the equipment.”

“In summary, I’m satisfied with the product, disappointed with literally every part of the purchasing experience. I ordered a powerblock elite 90. First, the website is very misleading: you click “elite 90” and if you don’t do anything else, you somehow get an elite “50” in the mail. That’s what happened to me. So I had to order the 70lb add-on, which I wasn’t pleased about. This was nearly a month ago at this point. I still haven’t gotten it. I was sent an elite 90 instead, which I can’t use with my 50. When I told customer service, they insinuated that I needed to return the 90 BEFORE they would send me my correct order, as if it was my fault. Finally they agreed to mail my order but still told me I *had* to repackage and lug the weights to the post office on my own time to return it. I asked for a pickup to be arranged at least and was denied. Guys, when you send a customer the wrong item, you should consider it lost. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to correct your shipping dept’s mistake. It IS your responsibility to get the correct item to the customer, regardless. I was never offered a partial refund or anything as a courtesy. I’m still willing to return the item, but this was an awful experience that really soured my view of the company. I love the products but ultimately cannot recommend them due to the experience I had.”

“I have used the powerblocks DBs that go up to 100 lbs and the straight bar for a little over a month. They are high quality built, and very comfortable. I have 0 issues with any of the products I got from Powerblock and already recommended to several friends!”
